“I ordered the 2024 stationary advent calendar. The packaging was beautiful but alas it was clearly where all the money was spent. The contents were a bit disappointing. Some days had nice contents but then some things like 4 cheap cardboard bookmarks (admittedly pretty) in a row with no tassels was a let down. Or the days where it was a single sheet of card with things like "Put a bow on it". Sad. I feel less money should be spent on the packaging and more on the contents. I was very excited by the idea of a stationary calendar and did enjoy some of the contents (tape, stick on seal w/tree, tiny note pad, Christmas sticker) but am unlikely to buy again. I can understand that others may have different likes/dislikes and may not share my opinion. I am glad that I purchased this advent calendar as it was different but just didn't have enough in the contents to make me purchase again. Note that delivery was late due to Canadian postal strike but that is not the vendor's fault so I have put Not applicable for delivery.”

“Advent calendar. My poor mother got scammed by its pretty packaging. The insides were all low quality temu items. Two fountain pens with no ink, a ribbon, a plastic ruler to put in a notebook (the notebook wasn't included) all of the pictures on the cards were low resolution and blurry, a plastic star that was backwards, two plastic wax seals that was already pealing. Nobody wants to see the utter disappointment on their mothers face when they realises they just got scammed right before Christmas.”

“The products are amazing however I had a problem with the customs, lots of paperwork to complete & had to pay 96€. 'NOTEBOOKS' were written on the packaging & invoice which made them think they were computers. May I suggest that you investigate going though Amsterdam with your European orders & make them.....office paper or paper books.”

“Advent calendar. got one as a gift and one for myself. the packaging was very pretty. But what was inside was very disappointing Two ‘ fountain pens’ with no instruction and no ink. bits of plastic , two plastic acorns?? a plastic star?? cheap looking papers and a few paper clips. i was so appalled i gave the other person a gift card to get something nice. This was maybe a twenty dollar value, which cost me fifty dollars each!”

“Package was lost, I had to contact the post office, write 3-4 times to ask for a solution. Many explanations and delay in delivery. Much wasted time. I didn't find the quality advent calendar, pens broken after very little use, same pattern on everything otherwise not very Christmassy, notes, cards, bookmarks all identical. Boring and cheap without any particular research, apart from 3-4 pieces. Disappointing (for me).”

“The products are very beautiful. The customer service staff are very kind, helpful and quick to respond. They discounted 10% of what I had paid because the package arrived damaged due to the courier's fault. The courier is the only negative note, it took them ages to deliver the package, the customer service of Royal Mail is impossible to contact and their website always has problems tracking packages. Compliments instead to Martha Brook”

“First time ordering from here and was very impressed. A great range of products and not too expensive. Order came well packaged and within a few days of ordering. I paid a little extra to get it gift wrapped. Well worth it, very professional. Won't be my last order x”

“Low quality paper, arranged in misaligned stacks within the bind. Poor print on front of journal, not a sharp edge, looks and feels cheap all over. At this price (>£30) I feel pretty ripped off. can't understand other reviews so pleased with the quality, maybe I got a one-off. So much for buying from an independent online seller, I'll have to find a last minute replacement on the high street. This one has gone in the recycling.”
