Before MyBodyTutor, I knew that one of my keys to losing weight was having a routine with structure around it, and including exercise or being active as part of it. I would stick with my routine successfully for a while, but eventually, either a life event or schedule change would come along. Instead of adapting, I would stop. I knew this cycle had happened repeatedly, but I didn’t know what to do about it or how to change it. With MyBodyTutor, I had my coach by my side every step of the way as I changed not just my body but my entire life. My coach encouraged me, guided me, and held me accountable each and every day. Having a coach to provide support through challenges and help celebrate the countless small wins, was a complete game changer! Working with my coach, I learned to let go of guilt, restriction, force, willpower, counting calories, and the endless "food rules." Instead, through mindfulness and self-reflection, I learned to listen to and trust my body’s hunger and fullness cues – to eat when I was hungry and not eat when I was not. It was an entirely new way of approaching food, and as a result, I created the more harmonious, balanced, and joyful relationship with food that I’d always wanted. MyBodyTutor is fantastic. I highly recommend it!

In the past, I would try to 'eat healthy' for a week or two, but I was never able to have consistent results, so I would go back to my old habits. For me, it was not really making the commitment to the changes that needed to be made. When I found MyBodyTutor, I hoped they could help me achieve my target weight and keep it off. Since then, I've lost 20 pounds. The program is solid but simple, and the coach's accountability and success in helping people make the changes they need for long-term results made it even better. I can't say enough how much I appreciate my coach, Emily. She kept me on track and pushed me to make the changes necessary to become a habit. I now find myself making the right decisions almost on autopilot.

I've gotten in good shape before, through eating less and doing more activity. What was missing for me was the consistency. I'd get in good shape, but then lose a lot of my progress. When I heard about the program on the My First Million (MFM) podcast, my goal was to get in good shape and find a strategy to stay in shape, especially being able to become more consistent and keep it up while other stuff comes up in life so that getting in shape is not really a priority. I got into way better shape than I ever thought I could. I was in good shape before, but never got to have visible abs all the time. Also, I now have a clear strategy and plan to keep things up while traveling and while having a normal life. I still have some weight fluctuation, but I'm very aware of what's happening and how I can make up for it. I feel like my mind frame around eating and exercising has really changed. Also, the feeling of being in such good shape is amazing. I literally look at myself in the mirror and feel awesome. I liked that my coach was very attentive to my needs. At the beginning, she was more on the supportive side, but when I told her I wanted her to be more critical of what I was doing, she changed her feedback style, and it worked great. For me, what was most useful was the commitment and consistency aspect of it. I think I already had the knowledge necessary to get in shape, but Chrystal's feedback was great to keep me to it. Her telling me that I should have gotten more steps in or do one extra workout that I had planned but didn't really made me go through some of the slumps I had in my focus.

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor. My tutor is really good and creative with her responses that allows me to challenge myself outside of the box to reach my goals. Changing this mindset on a daily basis with my tutor has inspired me to develop new and healthy habits in other areas of my life.

Adam and the team at MBT are top-notch! They genuinely care about helping you achieve your goals. Personally, they helped me hone my diet so I could reach my goal of ~12% body fat. This is absolutely the best money you can spend, period. Every aspect of your life will be changed as a result of MBT. This program has no gimmicks or fast-moves. Here's what you get: daily, high-quality attention from your tutor who is as invested in your success as you are (maybe even more). You'll receive weekly emails from Adam / Haley with videos that go deep into mindset shifts. Don't ignore these emails - they are gold. They seemed to come exactly timed to the questions that arose in my journey - they are so valuable and so educational. With the help of my tutuor, I feel SO strong - physically, emotionally, and mentally: the belief my tutor had in me turned into my very own self-belief. Some of the other changes that have transferred into all areas of my life as a result of MBT: I have a new relationship with discomfort & growth (make discomfort your compass!) and a bias towards sustainable, small changes that will stick with me for a lifetime. I love being a part of MyBodyTutor! I was so skeptical to start the program. I have never been part of a program like this; this will be my first and last. I see so many mental changes within a month. Sole is amazing! She challenges me and also understands me. I love her guidance and coaching. I love this program a lot! It’s probably the best investment I made for myself. This was a risk I took and I am so glad it was all worth it. I am still working on myself. I lost 12 lbs in 2.5 months but above all, my mindset is so different about food and exercise than it was before I started the program.

I love the MyBodyTutor program! And I love my coach! It’s such a weight off my shoulders (pun?) to feel in control of my health instead of feeling like food is in control of me. I know this is a sustainable approach and that is such a relief for someone like me, who has been up and down on the scale their entire life and used food to cope with emotions since the beginning of time. I highly recommend it.

MBT has made a TREMENDOUS impact on my life. I've read, watched, and consumed boatloads of health and wellness content for years. I always knew what I should be doing, but implementing everything into practice was always my biggest obstacle. MBT absolutely changed that for me. My mindset on health, wellness, fitness, food, and structure has completely transformed for the better. Janeen (my coach) has been there for me every step of the way. To call her one of the most important people I've had in my life / worked with is an understatement. And as much as I've worked towards my goals during this MBT time and had whatever setbacks, I always knew Janeen was there as my safety net to course-correct me whenever needed. But I must be mentally strong enough to hold myself accountable and do this on my own, and I believe I now have the knowledge and tools (and confidence) to do so. And I hope I will not be emailing the MBT team again in a few months asking to return to the MBT program because I went off the rails, but instead be showing them how much more progress I've made towards my health and fitness goals that all started with my time with MBT. Can't thank the MBT team enough, and my god I'm glad I found you guys.

I find the program is great in every way The design, starting with the initial talk with Adam, the videos, the thoughtful emails and all the other details constantly build on and reinforce the philosophy. This is not hype. They are honest about the way people change and the time it takes. And the personal relationship with my coach for accountability, information and encouragement makes the program unique and successful. I would recommend this to anyone ready to tackle her/his relationship to her body.

MyBodyTutor has been so impactful in just 1 month that my wife also wanted to sign up and did. I was certainly a skeptic as there were things I didn't think I could cut back on. I went in thinking I'll give it a shot but doubt it will work. It's working and I plan to continue. I highly recommend MyBodyTutor!

I highly recommend MyBodyTutor! I really didn’t think I would be able to keep a daily log. I absolutely hate tracking. But the app makes it very easy and the accountability of having a daily coach makes a big difference too.

Can't recommend MyBodyTutor enough. I thought losing weight was going to be a long arduous journey but 7 months later I can say that I did it, and it didn't even hurt! All it took was a few small adjustments and I can proudly say the weight is still coming off and I'm not even thinking about it anymore. Where not once did I use MyFitnessPal or use a food scale. So, if you're intimidated by the fit-fluencers on the internet as I was, I can tell you there is an easier way.

I've always been very active and have exercised regularly. My diet & nutrition, on the other hand, was lacking direction and purpose. My nutrition was neglected for a long time. Before I started MyBodyTutor, I was months away from turning 40 years old. I wasn't sure if my healthiest days were now behind me. My inconsistent diet and lack of knowledge about nutrition had me doubting whether I'd ever be as healthy and fit looking as I was in my 20s. I needed to prove to myself that my mind still had control over my body. I wasn't sure if my busy work and family life would allow me to have time for the program. Prior to starting the program, my meals were always on the go and rushed. Meal planning, logging all of my meals, and being disciplined every time I ate sounded somewhat unrealistic. I wanted to learn about good nutrition and eating with purpose. I had no idea about macros, what good carbs were, or how nutrition could support my workouts. I wanted to combine my exercise routine with an informed, consistent eating lifestyle to become the healthiest I'd ever been. Weight loss wasn't a goal of mine when I started. I was 6'1" and weighed 189 lbs. I'm now 169 lbs—I lost 20 lbs. All of my meals now have a purpose. I now know how to portion a plate. When I should eat carbs and how much protein my diet should include is no longer a mystery. I lost 20 lbs just by implementing a sustainable, nutritious diet into my life. My focus and energy levels are also the best I've ever experienced in my life. The daily logging of meals and exercise really holds you accountable to meeting your goals. I feel like the daily habits that I formed in this program will stay with me for the rest of my life. This isn't like a diet where it ends at a certain point. This is a lifestyle upgrade that you take with you for the rest of your life. Committing to MyBodyTutor sounds intimidating at first. Just take it a day at a time, a meal at a time, and the good habits begin to compound. Eventually, it gets easier. Also, this is money that you're investing in your health—both physical and mental. I never regret investing in my health. This program has been a major life improvement for me. MyBodyTutor has been AMAZING to work with and has changed my life in such a positive way. I get a little emotional thinking about these last 6 months and how much you've taught me.
