“I purchased $225 from the clinique counter at myer penrith Saturday 3rd October and was told my transaction had declined was told to keep receipts "in case" I was charged twice...the following day I returned as my online bank statement had 2 x transactions was told by the store manager the transactions were pending...tuesday 6th October I returned as my bank advised these transactions were settled...after 2 hours with the assistant store manager I have been told that yes they did charge me twice but I wouldn't see the money for approx 5 business days...they have never taken my card to apply the refund to my savings account and I still have not heard back from their customer service team....DISGUSTED....no wonder myer and retail sales are down...never had an issueonline”
“Several weeks ago I purchased a Zoom Light to be delivered(as attached). Then several emails back and forth from a company called Fastaway (see in attach doc they first say Aust Post) saying they are unable to deliver (I'm within 10kms of their depot and Myer). Then Myer back and forth as to perhaps and maybes they can recall and deliver. Then nothing. I went with Myer as its Australian, good reputation and safe....well I was wrong. Very sad that a once iconic store has stooped to devil may care customer service. The CEO should be ashamed.”
“I have ordered hand sanitiser two months ago. It said on the website that there may be a delay of up to 21 day, which I was fine with. But I ended up waiting for two months, unfortunately still waiting for it to arrive. I asked to cancel the order and was told off. 10 days later my order still hasn't been shipped and they claim they can't cancel it. This is absolutely ridiculous!”
