I bought a Christmas gift for a friend. The order was said to be shipped on 22 Nov 2022 from Gold coast to Brisbane. It didn't arrive on time so I called them. They said they lodged an investigation and promised if I don't receive it by 15 Dec 2022, they will refund me. On 15 Dec (almost a month later) I still haven't received anything and Couriers please also have not meaningful update. I asked for a refund as they promised but they rejected the request. Don't buy from them. They will take your money and don't guarantee you get what you paid for. Liars.

Dont waste your money on the Myer care plan-I purchased A Myer Care plan, with my breville coffee macine in good faith (as it displayed the Myer logo). I do like the Breville machine, however I have had it repaired twice through Breville. Breville were fairly efficent at organising the repair and also organised a loan machine, overall a good experience. The Machine now needs its 3rd repair in 3 years and the Myer care plan is proving incredible difficult to deal with. I would not waste my money on the plan again and will be following it up with the ACCC

0 stars.. run.. run anywhere but here... I Myer is the worst place to buy anything online, they use 6 different delivery companies most of which have no customer service, the myer customer service is always rude and tell you to call someone else who don't take calls from public. I have no idea what is going on with my delivery and no one is able to help me... this is crazy, how are they still in business??

I ordered a present for my Grandsons 5th Birthday on the 17th November - paid express post. Parcel sent with Couriers Please - I still do not have this parcel. Grandsons birthday come and gone and I am still out of pocket. Couriers Please told Myer it was due to the floods my parcel has not arrived. The parcel is coming from Roselands in Sydney to Mosman in Sydney - floods????? Couriers Please and Myers customer service I am going round in circles. Still no parcel and Myer refuse the refund. They offered me gift vouchers for the postage cost - are they allowed to do this for a service fee not a product - I am sure this is not allowed. Be careful when buying online from Myer and using Couriers Please. You will be one of the few if the parcel arrives. Go to google and read the comment for Couriers Please. Good luck in getting a parcel delivered and or a refund from Myer.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Did not even try to be helpful or friendly, and refused to see that the description of an item was not clearly stated which caused confusion. Will never buy another item from Myer.

I placed an online order on 10th November for several items of baby boy size 1 clothing. My order was delivered the following week, but although the correct packing slip was enclosed, what was sent was several items of baby girl size 2 clothing (obviously someone else’s order ). I contacted customer service and immediately it became my problem that they had sent me someone else’s order and nit mine. I was told that I would have to return the incorrect items delivered to me to a Myer store or I could return to a Post Office (in a bag they would supply), and they would then send me my correct items. I advised that I work, so would not be making a special trip to a Myer store (to return goods I had not ordered) and was not sure when I could get to the PO. I suggested the courier collect the incorrect goods when delivering my correct order. I was told that this was not possible by a customer service representative (via email) as it would cause to much confusion and that she “strongly suggested”, I do one of the other options offered to me. I cannot believe that I, as a customer am being told that I am required and responsible to fix the error that Myer has made, before they will send me the order I placed and paid for in good will. Due to this experience I will never deal with Myer Online again ! Disgusting Customer Service.

Who runs this pathetic excuse for a business and how much are its shareholders paying the CEO to run it this badly? Online orders made cannot be cancelled and have to be returned. Ridiculous waste of everyones time.

my issues were with delivery and the inability to contact Myer. I have never had a bad experience previously but this time my experience was dreadful- I was sending my purchase to a different address and Myer used Couriers Please... why would you use a company with a one star rating? There service is terrible. I was having extreme difficulty with them so thought I would contact Myer... next to impossible.. you cannot email a message and when I rang the staff member she obviously couldn't understand my issue and transferred me to someone else. neither of these people was easy to understand. After waiting on line for an hour I found I'd been misdirected so I hung up. I note that Myer do not ask for feedback!!!

We bought a LG microwave from Myers online in late 2020.The microwave started becoming rusty and we called LG.They assesed the microwave and admitted it is faulty and cannot be repaired.We then called Myers and told them what happened and after numerous emails and phone calls from LG and us Myers asked is to return the microwave in Myers werribee store.We went to the store ,returned the faulty product and we were told we will get the refund in original payment method.We also received an email confirming our return from Myers.After 10 days we called again and we were told it has been escalated.No product and no refund.Since then we jave called myers 4-5 times and everytime we are told they are sorry but they havent refunded our payment yet.It is such a disgrace that Myers Customer service lie everytime on call saying wait for 10 more days and it has been almost 3 months now.I am feeling stressed and after spending so much money on Myers in last couple of years I have decided not to deal with these liars and thieves ever again.

I hope I help just one person before they make a purchase. There is no way to effectively reach Myer anymore when you order online. I received an order and half of it was smashed. Outside box undamaged, inside box damaged. So I got shipped broken items. Hey stuff happens, people are human...I'd love to tell them about it....only you can't. Virtual Assistant Hell is all they are offering these days. Try phoning? Virtual Assistant answers there too. I'm lucky. My order wasn't hugely expensive. But I would never risk ordering anything again. I would also recommend people read some of the reviews online and ask themselves why isn't Myer responding? I'm going to go out on a limb and say because there is no one to respond, just like there is no one to answer emails (no contact email) or the phone.

I went in to buy a nesspresso creatista pro pod machine at Myer joondalup on 9/10/22 and spoke with a man from electrical/toy department, who went to look if he had any left and when he came back he said no we have none. That is ok, but he never thought to check any other stores or was even slightly interested. Extremely poor service. David jones did have them for $1099 and Myer were $1104.15. Appliances online $915 so i went and bought it online. What made it worse is the sales people watched me looking at the machines and then watched me walk off to another counter when they could have come accross to help as they never had any customers. I will not be going to Myer again due to their poor service and will use up my voucher there, shut my account down such was their service. I am over bad service. Sorry for the bad review.

I have rang Myer Karrinyup over 7 times today to speak to the Seed department no one answered and it always rung out. I have spoken to 3 different operators there who tried 3 other departs and no one picks up. Such a poor service when you want to buy something, even there own operators agree its bad service!

This is not the department store it used to be. I returned an item in-store and although the staff member purportedly refunded my debit card, there is no sign of the funds in my account. There is no legitimate reason for Myer to hold on to these funds for "three days" for processing. David Jones returns the funds to your bank account immediately.

I was trying buy something on Myer online and when I was about to check out and confirm and pay than this “review Myer service pop up box” pop up. I had to click on that for it go. Once I click everything disappeared. Not sure what happened so I checked my account and Myer took money off my account but I didn’t receive any invoice or order confirmation so I called Myer customer service, hours on the phone and they are not able to resolve it, 4 days later, I heard nothing back so I emailed them and I just received something generic information email back. Since the issue didn’t got resolved or Myer didn’t responded saying they will provide the refund or didn’t look into it quickly. I had to called my bank report Myer for taking unauthorised payment because I am tried of chase, Myer customer service told me that order confirmation was not provided because order was not placed than why did you took money for never placed order. Why ? And since there been a mistake then processed the refund. I have returned items in Myer before and processing a refund has never taken this long. And in this situation it should not take longer because 1. I didn’t place an order 2. you took money out of my account without my authorisation 3. you are not going to provide what you took money for. 4. That money doesn’t belong to you ! Horrible online shopping experience and calling and emailing Myer customer service has be a nightmare. I do buy a lots of things from Myer but wouldn’t want to buy online again. If you want to avoid this kind of stuff and particularly don’t like chasing after to resolve money issues, wouldn’t recommend buying online on Myer!

Purchased a heater online. First communication came 4 days later that the order is dispatched from a suburb which is merely one suburb away from my place in metropolitan areas. The tracking status remained unchanged and yesterday, 8 days after order placement, I contacted courier. They said they don’t have that in their system, meaning it is not collected by them. Then I contact customer service, and after being on hold for nearly half an hour, she tells me I need to wait one more week and hopefully that’ll come. I asked to change it to the pickup so that I could just drive there and pick it up. I was told that won’t be possible also. So I am sitting in cold in a new place and the item I bought is practically 4-5 minutes away from me. Utterly incompetent! Will never buy anything online from Myer

Ordered and paid for an expensive Sealy Postrpaedic mattress back in April. Finally arrived after weeks of delay and delay again. Told I could receive 2 free pillows as compensation for not being given correct delivery date but they never came. Won't ever buy next mattress from Myers.

WORST OF THE WORST-THE MOST OFFENSIVE AND RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER SOLD AN ITEM ONLINE BUT UNABLE TO FULFIL THE ORDER. CALLED UP CUSTOMER SERVICE 3X AND WAITED 17 DAYS TO FIND OUT THE ITEM WAS NOT EVEN PICKED UP BY THE COURIER. MYER CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCUSED ME OF "HAVING THE ORDER" WHEN CLEARLY, THE TRACKING SHOWED THE ORDER WAS STILL "AWAITING PICKUP". MYER CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO BLUNTLY REFUSED TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND KEPT HOLDING ON MY MONEY. WHEN ASKED FOR THE IDENTITY OF THE MALE CUSTOMER STAFF MEMBER, HE QUICKLY DISCONNECTED THE CALL. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS DREADFUL STORE AT ALL COST. YOU CAN GET MUCH CHEAPER PRICES AND BETTER SERVICES ELSEWHERE. DO NOT HESISTATE TO CONTACT THE ACCC AND THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING TO REPORT ANY BREACH OF THE TRADE PRACTICE ACT COMMITTED BY MYER.

Items take a long time to arrive, if it arrives, items arrived looks as though we have paid next to nothing for it - packaging looks old and handled too much, couldn’t give as presents as per intended. Received a couple of responses on the email then no reply, not resolved. You’d think purchasing from Myer you’d have customer confidence and satisfaction, higher lever of quality and service, not anymore. Online purchase from Myer gives them the opportunity to get rid of unwanted, not saleable items.
