I wish to express my commendation for Mary Anne a dedicated staff member on the cashier within the women's floor Highpoint. Her exceptional service provided an invaluable, extraordinary, and unparalleled experience. I recommend that the entire team aspire to the high standards set by her exemplary service. This commendation is particularly noteworthy as it transpired during a day of complete madness, with hundreds of people around her and all the pressures of the sale. Mary dealt with these challenges exceptionally well. Her high standards are truly commendable, and I believe that my unbelievable experience should be the standard that sets the bar for excellence at your establishment."

My husband and myself shopped at Myer store, Joondalup 2 days ago and my husband wanted a particular shirt and I have to say that the young woman that served us in the men’s department went over and above her duty to help find the size my husband was looking for. The size was not on the stand and we thought it was sold out. This lady knew where she could find this particular shirt, and my husband was so happy when she returned a while later and had found one. I cannot recommend highly enough how jolly, helpful and so pleasant this woman was. Her name is Michelle and if there are any awards to go to staff service, then this lady deserves 2. She made our day with her happy sense of humour too. I wish all visits to Myer, Joondalup were the same because many times I have visited the downstairs make-up counters and the girls are so short staffed, but doing their absolute best. Many times I have walked away and gone to David Jones in Kari yup, as absolutely refuse to waste my time and money, waiting to be served. The girls are always so very polite, and apologetic, but can do no more, as they are always rushed off their feet. More staff are definitely required.

Went to the black Friday sales at Northland store today. The main fitting rooms were closed. This caused ridiculous amount of people waiting to try on clothes in the women's department. Gave up left the clothes and went home. Not happy.

I ordered a present online on a Sunday afternoon. I paid $12.95 for express delivery rather than free postage as I needed it for a birthday present Friday. It stated the parcel would arrive by Wednesday 22. The courier did not collect it until Wednesday afternoon. I am now trying to contact the courier. This is my first online order with Myer, and will be my last. I ordered product from Sydney from another company at the same time. That arrived Tuesday! My order was coming from the Perth store, I live in Perth! I rang Myer yesterday, they had no idea with where the parcel was. Why if you pay for express post, was it not posted Monday? Not happy, bad customer service. Hoping my order will arrive in time now to gift my Dad for his birthday. Not a great first time experience at all.

Lost 1/3 of my order. Tried to call. They hung up while supposedly investigating the cause of my missing order. Online help is useless. Couldn't find the order number they allocated. Still not resolved. Will never use again.

they dont do price matching on few appliances ( few stores they couldn’t match ing) and very lack of staffs on the second floor in carousel, horrible waitings

Could not purchase items that were on special due to not signing up to membership. Left items on counter and walked out. Will never shop there again! This is SO wrong!

Bought the YSL gift set online for my niece and paid for The gift wrapping too but it was the worst ever and charged almost $8 for that. I had to redo it again by myself. Such a waste of money.

Customer service lady at the men shoe section in Liverpool was very very rude, mumbled rude things under her breath and was annoyed when being asked about sizes, don’t recommended shopping with her.

I never normally write reviews, but Myer's customer service has been appalling. I ordered some UGG Boots on my online account, but didn't realise until the order had been placed that it had my old address. I phoned Myer's customer service line as soon as they opened the following day and they said they couldn't change the address, but that I could call Aus Post and ask them to re-direct it. When I phoned Aus Post to ask them to re-direct it, they said they couldn't as Myer didn't send it then, they instead used a third party so I needed to ask Myer to change the address. I phoned Myer and they told me that they couldn't help (again) and that I would need to go back to Aus Post (even though Aus Post said it was nothing to do with them as they didn't have my order). I phoned Myer a third time hoping that I would get someone helpful, but how wrong I was. They said they couldn't help me, again. Seriously, how hard is it to change an address on an order? To top it all off, the third party did not require a signature to receive the parcel, so if no-one was home, it would be left there. My old address is over 18km away and I do not have the contact details of whomever lives there. I wasted numerous phone calls to Myer's so called 'customer service' and they did not provide any service at all. They are happy to take your money but are not willing to provide any sort of service.

Trying to contact Myer City Pitt St called 4 times nobody answers- such bad service for a business call centre said they are busy. Tried on something in the women’s sec on 3 rd floor and left my gold bracelet in the change room So distressing

Walked in Eastland Myer today wanting to buy cosmetic products for myself and my Girlfriend. I was pleasantly served by Marcel who was excellent in providing exceptional service and knowledge in products I have no idea about!! Her attitude and pleasant demeanour made it a worthwhile experience and my GF loved her gift!! I’m sure to shop there again and ask for Marcel!!

I was in Parramatta buying shoes on Friday 20th and I was served by a very unpleasant and rude girl named Noor. If I wasn't needing my shoes I would have walked out. Later to find out my friend was served by the same girl at the Liverpool store and also received attitude from her. We will no longer be shopping at these locations due to such terrible service.

Normally products that l purshase online & are delivered by Australia Post are placed in a safe place but lately Myer have been using Courier Please & the driver keeps leaving my parcels on my door mat even when they want me to leave a message of where l want it left as l wrote leave it behind bush next to front door.. but no they keep leaving it on my front door mat & this one day l had to go at 2pm & l arrived home at 5pm no parcel as l knew this was finally going to happen. As l order online & go through & pay you don't know till they send an email who is delivering. And Myer aren't responsible if something is stolen & you have to prove it to Courier Please and they have to investigate.. when you want an easy shop online it can end in a big headache.

I ordered several bras to try on as I often struggle to find suitable bra sizes. They arrived within a week, but three of them don't quite fit me. I was looking to exchange for a slightly different size, but Myer have completely refused to order an exchange or even a refund without going into their store!! Are you kidding me? I live far from a Myer store, THUS WHY I PURCHASED THEM ONLINE! The online consultant couldn't be less helpful, and you can't even call Myer for assistance. Absolutely shameful. Completely useless. I will never, ever shop with Myer again. This company have gone down the toilet!

No wonder so many people buy on line!!! Myer Morley home section terrible service as usual!!! Wanted to buy a Coffee Grinder, was told these are the electronic ones, the manual ones are around the corner there somewhere!!! Could not find!I just wanted some staff member to point them out for me before I decided on electric or manual... no one available! How much time do staff think we've got!! So I bought on line, and got the product a whole lot cheaper, and free delivery in Australia. Never going back to Myer again. I've told so many people of my experience, they all said the same. No old fashioned service around in Australia anymore. Just buy online!! Hassle free shopping

Today I tried on jeans, first floor Myer Bourke Street, store. Couldn’t find the size in the style I liked. Gabrielle Marcialis - a Myer sales person went out of her way to find stock for me! Gabrielle went above and beyond to make my visit to Myer a happy one. Employees like her are not found much any more so I really appreciated her excellent customer service. FAKE PRADA AND POLO SUNGLASSES AT SUNGLASS HUT. THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE UNHELPFUL AND DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. DO NOT SHOP HERE

I live in the middle of nowhere which is why I shop online. I have a wedding coming up and was sent the wrong dress. I was told I would be refunded but only when I sent the wrong dress back. Their only suggestion was for me to pay for the dress I ordered again! Excuse me, what? Pay $250 again for the dress I ordered because you didn’t get it right? I chose Myer thinking it was a safe place to shop but if I or anyone thinks that we are wrong. I’m taking this further and they can keep the original dress - I will never, ever spend another cent with Myer. I live 8 hours away from the nearest shop and an hour away from the nearest post office and the wedding is in a few days. What I will do I don’t know but like I said, you’ll never get my money again! Absolutely appalling I am disgusted.
