Went to Click &Collect Counter to pick up some towels. I didn’t like the colour so asked for a refund. The goods didn’t leaver the counter. The salesperson said the credit has been processed and I would receive an email confirmation. The incorrect amount was given and I have rung their Experience Centre many times and have had no satisfaction in getting the balance of the refund. It’s the worst customer service I’ve come across EVER. MYER DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
