I wish I could give 0 stars also. I ordered online, they canceled my order and didn't tell me why. Didn't put the money back on my gift card. Had to call for them to do it. 45 min on phone. The sale price went up over night when they had said it was a sale for 5 days and would not honour their sale price. Then I had to pay more for postage because I could not click and collect. And they could not even guarantee that the order would make it to my house. Frustrating experience. Terrible customer service. Never again would I buy from there

I made an online purchase and paid. A few hours later received an email from Myer that one of the items were not available and I would get a refund. I checked my credit card online, there were two transactions, one was a credit of the amount I should get and then a debit of the same amount, which means I didn't actually get refunded. I waited for a few days, still no new refund transaction appeared on my card. I then checked via online chat, the lady said as far as she could see, I was refunded. I sent her a screenshot of the two transactions and she said I have to go to my financial institution to get that sorted. Really unhappy with the handling.

I ordered baby clothes on line and received them extremely creased and very poorly wrapped in tissue paper. Was very disappointed as they are a gift for a new Mum. 😔

Trying for a week now to call the TTP store, absolutely a disgrace phone rings out and I have selected every single department on every call so I made over 30 calls since Friday last week. Rings out to an engaged signal Went to send email for it to say sorry this is not available. How is someone meant to speak to someone without inconveniently go to store to be totally ignored also, stand at a counter for 15 minutes with team walking past to be told we are temp hire staff Seriously so bad, so now I'm writing a review and to submit it you want an email but we can't email you in your contact section... really

I tried to contact customer service as I want to exchange an item online and wasn’t given that option. Each time I called the MYER phone no, it tried to divert me, then cut me off. Very poor customer service. There is no option it seems to speak so an actual person. The concierge was unable to assist me. It told me it was learning new things and gave me some suggestion boxes - surprise, surprise, none of these were relevant.

Couriers didn’t deliver my online purchase and Myer still hasn’t given me a refund despite it being shipped back to the supplier. Honestly so unfair, I spent $300 and got nothing but a head ache.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Purchased an item on 05/01, didn't have any delivery update since 06/01. When I contacted Myer, they said I would need to wait for 8 business days to request the refund, which I did. Contacted Myer now, to be told that I need wait for an investigation to get the refund. Is this a joke? You are not allowed to keep my money if you don't deliver the items. Never again! Worst and most stressful experience. Total lack of respect for the client!

Horrific online order experience. Purchased item online on 6/12/23 on website assurances that item would be delivered in time for Xmas. Have been advised item has been given to Aramex for delivery (note overall 1.8 star reviews for nearly 2 thousand reviews). I have been given what seems incorrect tracking number and have no idea where item is. Advised by Myer it will be 3-5 days before they can get an update from third party supplier. I asked if they could call them to get quicker update but no. So now facing situation where no update likely to be received until end of this week and if not received, have to go and purchase another gift for the person who was meant to receive this item. I am unable to cancel this item. Customer Service of very little assistance. Avoid online shopping with Myer!!!

No wonder so many people buy on line!!! Myer Morley home section terrible service as usual!!! Wanted to buy a Coffee Grinder, was told these are the electronic ones, the manual ones are around the corner there somewhere!!! Could not find!I just wanted some staff member to point them out for me before I decided on electric or manual... no one available! How much time do staff think we've got!! So I bought on line, and got the product a whole lot cheaper, and free delivery in Australia. Never going back to Myer again. I've told so many people of my experience, they all said the same. No old fashioned service around in Australia anymore. Just buy online!! Hassle free shopping

I live in the middle of nowhere which is why I shop online. I have a wedding coming up and was sent the wrong dress. I was told I would be refunded but only when I sent the wrong dress back. Their only suggestion was for me to pay for the dress I ordered again! Excuse me, what? Pay $250 again for the dress I ordered because you didn’t get it right? I chose Myer thinking it was a safe place to shop but if I or anyone thinks that we are wrong. I’m taking this further and they can keep the original dress - I will never, ever spend another cent with Myer. I live 8 hours away from the nearest shop and an hour away from the nearest post office and the wedding is in a few days. What I will do I don’t know but like I said, you’ll never get my money again! Absolutely appalling I am disgusted.

The worst online customer service. They never reply to emails of complaints and never follow through with mending their errors! Not only did they stuff up once but twice the second time around when they thought they sent the correct purchased order. 2 months later I am still waiting for my correct order delivery and they are still not responding to my emails. Absolutely pathetic !!! Warning Do not order online with Myer. Never again !!!!

Why advertise online products if you don't have stock or the capacity to cater for customers..This is ongoing..Paid $175 for skincare for Mothers day..then you cancel how pathetic..read reviews everyone in regards to Online Stire total failure

I didn't receive my order that I placed with Myer in March this year because the courier that Myer use (Aramex Australia) stole it, but they fraudulently claim that they delivered it to me. They originally did deliver it to my house but then they took it away when they believed that I wasn't home to sign for it (because they didn't give me enough time to come to the front door), and I visibly witnessed the courier leave my property with the parcel. From that point onwards the order went missing and Aramex are denying knowing anything about it. Yet I never received any standard automatic system generated confirmation of delivery email either which are always issued to customers when a successful delivery of order has been made, which also proves that I didn't receive the order. Consequently, I are now $157.95 out of pocket. Importantly is that I was also never provided with any tracking details or tracking number when I placed the order with Myer, so I had no idea who was delivering it or when it would be delivered. Myer won't do anything about it to help me and won't give me a refund, even though they have a duty of care to ensure customers receive orders placed with them. Given that Myer never sent me a confirmation of delivery email which proves I never received the order, they know full well that I didn't receive the order. Myer are aware that Aramex Australia have a very poor reputation and that numerous customers have had their parcels go missing with Aramex, and that they also don't receive tracking details either so that their parcel can't be tracked when Aramex lose or steal it so Aramex get away with it. Aramex are running a huge scam so don't ever use them, because there is a good chance that they will misappropriate your order like they did mine. Myer need to step up and start using reputable courier companies because ultimately they have a duty of care towards a customers order from start to finish. I demand a full refund from Myer for the misappropriation of my order by Aramex, which Myer have enabled.

Who runs this pathetic excuse for a business and how much are its shareholders paying the CEO to run it this badly? Online orders made cannot be cancelled and have to be returned. Ridiculous waste of everyones time.

My delivery never arrived. When I reached out to customer service they sent me a photo of my front door supplied by the carrier as proof of delivery. However, the photo does not include the parcel they supposedly delivered. Myer sees this as proof enough and will not refund my purchase despite it being a triffling amount for such a large company. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I will never shop at Myer again.

Waiting for my order since April 3rd (today is May 9th). Every time I contact Myer they say "someone will check" and contact me in the next couple of days - which never happens. Frustrating and unprofessional.

I was overcharged for items by Melbourne City Myer that were on sale. The first two times calling the complaints line I reached an overseas call centre even though I was told I was being transferred to the actual Myer Melb store to sort out the issue. No one in the actual store picks up the phone even though I have tried now 6 times.- most of the time it rings out or is cut off. Pathetic customer service and obviously how Myer makes a profit these days by ripping off customers.

Received online purchase, but the items were broken, only offering refund not replacement. Supplied all pictures and information refund was approved??? What they say. 2 months still chasing refund and getting the lies and run around every week. My advice “DONT BUY FROM MEYER ONLINE STORE “

I have been going to Myers since it was opened almost 10 years ago. What an experience that was. So happy it was Myers not David Jones. Been shopping there for over 10 years. I work as coordinator for disability agency. Very passionate about my job.For the past 3 years Been taking my client to Myers as he likes the store by chance he met a lovely staff at fragrances within seconds they were laughing they both came from U.K and this beautiful employee name Lisa made my client so welcome so happy he wouldn't stop talking about how nice and caring she was. They formed a bond. She made this beautiful soul that suffered stroke and is wheelchair bound a very happy man for short time that he would go in to say hi. He talked about Lisa to all his friends and all came to myer to shop and meet Lisa. He also formed friendship with Lisa's colleagues however Lisa was the special soul that always put smile on his face. She genuinely cared not just about him bur but also all his friends that came to shop there. We noticed from mid last year people starting to leave Mark my client was worried that he lost his friends. Things were changing. Ppl couldn't talk to him anymore because of the management have warned them about talking. He was so sad and wasn't sure why and why he couldn't talk to his friends anymore. Few days ago he learnt his very dear friend that used to put smile on his face and made him and so many of his disabled friends feel loved has left the store he was devastated. He asked everyone and no one knows what happened. You need to appreciate your hard working caring employees. People like Lisa are rate in this industry. They actually truly care. She never stopped helping everyone around her in the store not just at her station but around the floor anyone that approached her. I have heard so many horrific stories how the management are treating the employees. This is shocking. Take a look at your rating. 20 disabled people and elderly used to go there shopping and see Lisa because she made their day that much happier place for them. I have not seen any happy staff or customer service at myer in joondalup. Whatever you are doing please step back and take a look. I certainly won't be bothered to come back or bring my clients and his friends back. Theses people deserve a lot better than how they have been treated. I am sure you would not be appreciated if you were treated in that manner. It used to be a beautiful lively store now its like robots running the store. Very very disappointed. Even one star for the way the staff been treated is too many.
