“I never normally write reviews, but Myer's customer service has been appalling. I ordered some UGG Boots on my online account, but didn't realise until the order had been placed that it had my old address. I phoned Myer's customer service line as soon as they opened the following day and they said they couldn't change the address, but that I could call Aus Post and ask them to re-direct it. When I phoned Aus Post to ask them to re-direct it, they said they couldn't as Myer didn't send it then, they instead used a third party so I needed to ask Myer to change the address. I phoned Myer and they told me that they couldn't help (again) and that I would need to go back to Aus Post (even though Aus Post said it was nothing to do with them as they didn't have my order). I phoned Myer a third time hoping that I would get someone helpful, but how wrong I was. They said they couldn't help me, again. Seriously, how hard is it to change an address on an order?
To top it all off, the third party did not require a signature to receive the parcel, so if no-one was home, it would be left there. My old address is over 18km away and I do not have the contact details of whomever lives there. I wasted numerous phone calls to Myer's so called 'customer service' and they did not provide any service at all. They are happy to take your money but are not willing to provide any sort of service.”

“Walked in Eastland Myer today wanting to buy cosmetic products for myself and my Girlfriend. I was pleasantly served by Marcel who was excellent in providing exceptional service and knowledge in products I have no idea about!!
Her attitude and pleasant demeanour made it a worthwhile experience and my GF loved her gift!! I’m sure to shop there again and ask for Marcel!!”
“I was in Parramatta buying shoes on Friday 20th and I was served by a very unpleasant and rude girl named Noor. If I wasn't needing my shoes I would have walked out. Later to find out my friend was served by the same girl at the Liverpool store and also received attitude from her. We will no longer be shopping at these locations due to such terrible service.”
“Normally products that l purshase online & are delivered by Australia Post are placed in a safe place but lately Myer have been using Courier Please & the driver keeps leaving my parcels on my door mat even when they want me to leave a message of where l want it left as l wrote leave it behind bush next to front door.. but no they keep leaving it on my front door mat & this one day l had to go at 2pm & l arrived home at 5pm no parcel as l knew this was finally going to happen. As l order online & go through & pay you don't know till they send an email who is delivering. And Myer aren't responsible if something is stolen & you have to prove it to Courier Please and they have to investigate.. when you want an easy shop online it can end in a big headache.”
“I ordered several bras to try on as I often struggle to find suitable bra sizes. They arrived within a week, but three of them don't quite fit me. I was looking to exchange for a slightly different size, but Myer have completely refused to order an exchange or even a refund without going into their store!! Are you kidding me? I live far from a Myer store, THUS WHY I PURCHASED THEM ONLINE! The online consultant couldn't be less helpful, and you can't even call Myer for assistance. Absolutely shameful. Completely useless. Wanted to buy a Coffee Grinder, was told these are the electronic ones, the manual ones are around the corner there somewhere!!! Could not find!I just wanted some staff member to point them out for me before I decided on electric or manual... no one available! How much time do staff think we've got!! So I bought on line, and got the product a whole lot cheaper, and free delivery in Australia. Never going back to Myer again. I've told so many people of my experience, they all said the same. Employees like her are not found much any more so I really appreciated her excellent customer service.

“I live in the middle of nowhere which is why I shop online. I have a wedding coming up and was sent the wrong dress. I was told I would be refunded but only when I sent the wrong dress back. Their only suggestion was for me to pay for the dress I ordered again! Excuse me, what? Pay $250 again for the dress I ordered because you didn’t get it right? I chose Myer thinking it was a safe place to shop but if I or anyone thinks that we are wrong. I’m taking this further and they can keep the original dress - I will never, ever spend another cent with Myer. I live 8 hours away from the nearest shop and an hour away from the nearest post office and the wedding is in a few days. What I will do I don’t know but like I said, you’ll never get my money again!

Not only did they stuff up once but twice the second time around when they thought they sent the correct purchased order. 2 months later I am still waiting for my correct order delivery and they are still not responding to my emails. Tracking states awaiting courier to pick up. Rang Perth store who gave me customer service number. After going through all the prompts and choosing speak to a customer service person I get put through to a Robot before I could speak to a person. She told me items were lost and would I like a refund or re order the items. On requesting pick up from my nearest store which is Perth city I was told not enough on stock but I could go to Morley! Out of frustration and disappointment I will never, ever do an online order again. This is my first experience and will be the last. We are creating a better world? Where have all the people gone?”

“I am so disappointed I ordered click and collect and next day I get an email it's being processes and another one saying it's out of stock and I got a refund and that was the end of it. I checked terms and conditions under click and collect and it mentioned if a item is out of order they can ship it from another state. First of all why would myer allow the item to be bought online If it was put of order and second why couldn't they find me another one from another store or state?? Such bad customer service and they don't even have an email address to get in touch with her!! I want to send their own terms and conditions for them. Such a bad customer service and I am a myer one member sadly too.”
