I bought a Christmas gift for a friend. The order was said to be shipped on 22 Nov 2022 from Gold coast to Brisbane. It didn't arrive on time so I called them. They said they lodged an investigation and promised if I don't receive it by 15 Dec 2022, they will refund me.
On 15 Dec (almost a month later) I still haven't received anything and Couriers please also have not meaningful update. I asked for a refund as they promised but they rejected the request.
Don't buy from them. They will take your money and don't guarantee you get what you paid for.
