“I ordered 5 items online over a week ago. All were in stock at Myer Doncaster so I could have used click&collect but didn't because I am immumosuppressed & try not to visit malls.
There is a "tracking" link but it permanently says my order is 'being prepared' - except for one item (a lipstick) for which I received an SMS from a courier yesterday morning & then delivery in a large box shortly after.
Have been a Myer customer for decades but not any longer...”

Excellent customer service from Harish. After being unable to get through on the phone to karrinyup and Joondalup stores (as different prices advertised online to in-store.) I drove to Joondalup. No service people around at all in the China/dinner set area. Found someone in toys! Harish went out of his way to locate a particular dinner set for me. Even went to the storage area. Polite and helpful. Might make this my store instead of Karrinyup .”

“I wish I had seen these warning before I became an online customer with Myer.
I have been brought to tears of frustration in lockdown here in Melbourne. What a horrible horrible company. No less than three times I was disconnected when begging people to not disconnect me and, NOWHERE online can I contact a PERSON.
I am now on hold after refusing to answer the robot answer machine but, I believe it is another ploy to send me NOWHERE.
Such a disgusting treatment of customers at an incredibly challenging time.
When I resolve my customer issue, I am making sure I am never dealing with Myer as a consumer again.”

i am experiencing the worst online shopping ever. this my first time online shopping at Myer and the last time. i bought a table.
the courier just delivered the leg, no table top. i reported to myer. after lots of call over two weeks with CS staff and they just let me wait. and i insisted to ask to speak with their customer service supervisor. finanlly, after two weeks, they let their supplier to deliver a replacement.
BUT, IT IS BROKEN, LOL.
now, i am waiting for them to take it back. i have been waiting for two weeks and still havent got anyone to solve the problem. i has been over one month now. the customer service just let me wait wait wait. they are useless.
dont buy anything from Myer online.”
“Bought a pair of shoes and loved them so much I wanted to purchase them in another colour to find out that Myer sub categorize them buy colour which allows them to mark the price up if it is a more popular colour the other claim they stated was it was in a different cycle. The shoe is the same model and how they price these items is ridiculous any other retail store whether its clothes or shoes if it is the same model no matter the colour the item is sold at the same sale price and do not hide behind a sub category of different cycle.”
“I returned an item instore purchased on a gift card. The refund was meant to go back on the gift card. It didn't. Out of pocket. Don't shop where they do not know how to refund properly and don't have any quality control.”
“I asked to speak to the floor manager of the shoe department at Myer Eastland, the weekend before Easter. The 2 young ladies there didn't seem interested to serve us 3 who were waiting. One did say she was busy, but the other one just prolonged the sale with a lady at the counter, not even acknowledging us. After about 10 minutes I walked away. There are plenty of people who would love a job, and here Myer has 2 people not interested in doing any more than they have to. Luckily the fashion manager Mae came to discuss with me, and was kind enough to listen to my frustrations and then helped me at the shoe department. While I am happy with the outcome, the initial poor service at the shoe dept. meant instead of shopping for clothes I left as I had no more time to spare. MYER lift your game, we do have money to spend, you shouldn't allow your staff to sabotage your business.”
“I went to Westfield-Southland, Cue dept to pick up a Veronika Maine top, only to find out I should have gone to Westfield at Doncaster. A wonderful staff member named Helen looked up the top and found one at another store for me. I was very impressed to see a staff member go to so much trouble to find the top for me, even though this Myer did not sell that brand. Thank you Helen.”

“I know this will take too long to write, but I have to, because I’m really hurt!
Couple of days ago, I picked up different things and went a head to the sunglasses and bought a Burbbery one. I decided to pay for everything there with sunglasses. There was a bag which was on clearance among my things that I bought and the lady didn’t tell me that I can’t return a clearance item.
After couple of days (today), I went to return the bag because it was for my daughter and she didn’t like it. The lady at the bag and shoes section, who introduced her self as the manager of that section, she was so provocative! She was just giving me a smile while I was trying to explain the situation to her and just repeating the same sentence:“sorry we can’t return or exchange a clearance item”!
I started to became so angry ( I admit that!) because of her cold smile!
After my insistence, she told me: “ok I can let you change it for another thing, crab what you want to exchange”. I asked her to get a store credit so I can use it another day, she refused! Then my daughter asked me to just try to find something else today, I agreed, then my daughter thanked her. I looked at my daughter and asked her; thank you for what? Here the “manager “ told me “ok I changed my mind and I’m not going to exchange it for you”
OMG! Here I started to loose my temper, as if she owns the store and she can alter the rules the she wants!!!
I decided to speak to the head of the customer service, he was a very polite and professional gentleman who helped me to return the bag with two lovely ladies at the Manchester’s section (Julie and Karen) and they explained that for next time I have to put in mind that I can’t return or exchange any clearance items.
I was so sad because I never been to such a situation and because I had the worst shopping experience at my favourite store.
So, please stop hiring people who destroy your reputation!”
“Ordered product put my correct address (had received many Myer orders at this address) Right at the end of the order process too late to correct it the order defaulted to my old address in another state Phoned Myer twice agreed it was a glitch in their computer programme but they were not able to put it right I contacted Aus Post they redirected it but now it is sitting in WA waiting to go to NSW incredibly slow and frustrating quicker to go to the moon I do not see a reason to use Myer online again much more efficient options elsewhere”
“I had a very bad experience with Myer. I bought a Dyson vacuum on sale yesterday on their website and the price was $499 but the delivery address was wrong (so when you order online they don't even ask you to confirm your delivery address, so it was supposed to be sent to my previous address). So I called the customer service team to let them know and they cancelled my order and asked me to reoder. As soon as I hang up, the price of the vacuum cleaner was no longer on sale. I called them again to ask if they can apply the sale price since they told me to cancel but they refused. They have a very bad customer service and they are not flexible or helping loyal customers. I will never buy from them again and will definitely never recommend them.”

“Where to start.. no staff available to help. They just point.. no assistance in the change rooms you are on you own. The change rooms are do old carpet frayed doors don't close ..unwanted clothes left behind
No one to clean tidy the change rooms .. stockers on mirrors walls doors no hooks .
The lingerie section is not even put in it's correct sizes
What went wrong with Myer Knox. no other Myer seems to be this grotty .unorganised no staff. No organisation.. it's so old and run down. O couldn't get out of there quick enough.. yet other fashion stores are able to acknowledge the customer assist the customer and be there to take payment. . at Myer not a singer employee said hello .. no one was able to help even when I asked.. very sad”
