The guy AA4 was good and hopefully got the issue sorted. Had to phone several times as I think there had neen an IT issue re communication with the repair contractor. The staff I have been in contact with have been helpful and polite.

I Waited over 45 minutes to get through, being third on the line. Once answered though everything was efficient and smoothly dealt with. Everything fully explained. There were connection errors although no ones fault and kept cutting out call but apart from that everything was good. Customer service was top class from TG2.

CN3 dealt with this and handled it perfectly well. Only gripe I have is that I have to get the phone number of another party involved which I thought you would take care of.

Never a good subject to deal with but SS5 handled the conversation with care and sensitivity. Amount of compulsory info to absorb and take on board is truly staggering but not detrimental to the approach of the call handler

MP4 was very helpful and answered all my queries based on the information he had . It is difficult when a customer - me in this case- is very disgruntled over the time it has taken to sort out my claim - but I recognise that this is based on a number of factors including the speed of the third party insurers.to respond . So overall thank you but PLEASE get my £300 back soon . Thanks MP4
