It was easy with the call to sort all details out but a struggle to initially get through. . You have to be savvy as you do all through a portal when you get in Overall if your online savvy this is a great insurance broker

The adviser was very helpful, but unfortunately this is going into its 2nd month and I'm still waiting for my claim to be completed despite being hit from a driver coming out of a side road without stopping into my path trying to turn right on a main road.... the advice by the service has been good so far. However the wait has been very lengthy.....

The woman dealing with me (ref AD9) was fabulous - efficient, friendly, knew what she was doing, communicated well. However, I didn't enjoy being forced to listen TWICE to all the official stuff about making a claim etc - once when I first rang and before being directed to the required 'new claim' department and THEN having to listen to the whole lot all over again, even though a lot of it was totally irrelevant to a new claim. So top marks for individual once I got through but can't give 5 stars because not impressed with company phone policy

The person SC6 was very helpful and thorough. She took the details of the accident and repeat back to me. Explanation was very good to make sure that I understood what she said.

Before I got to speak to someone I had to listen to a 5minute script. Given that people calling you will have just been in an accident it is unrealistic to expect that we would be able to understand what was being said.
