MP4 the gent i spoke to today was helpful, unfortunately he couldn't resolve my issue as its dependent on the 3rd party. He was however very clear about what was being done and tried to help push things through for me. He was extremely polite and very understanding of my frustration.

My dealings with customer service was very satisfactory. AC3 was extremely polite and helpful answering my questions. I wish the form I had to complete online was as customer friendly.

EJ1 (Elliott) was very pleasant and explained most things well. I used to manage a call centre and he came across as though he is fairly new (I.e.) very scripted and a little bit lack of confidence. After saying that I wouldn’t have minded having him as a CSR on my team!

Customer service rep CB3 Although I had had to chase up my query I got through to customer services quickly and my query was dealt with efficiently. I felt informed as to what would happen next and the service rep was very polite and helpful.

MK4 was very helpful. He sorted the hire car out with no problem. In comparison to the phone call made before I concat him I would defenatly recommend MK4.

Been waiting 4 weeks to get my car repaired,I know on the website it can take 72 hrs to get booked in. I have had to send the same set of photos twice, sent diagrams of vehicles regarding accident the get an email 2 weeks after to say they have been sent to the third parties insurance company, I just don’t get why everything is taking so long. The lad on the chat was helpful mp4.
