Over a week after I contacted One Call I received a call from SM1 who was great explaining all that I needed to know about the claim and mailed me all the documentation that I needed to complete. Much better than the initial first report of the incident. I gave a full account of what had happen and all details and was told that someone would call within 48 hours, but this did not happen. All I received from One Call over two days was 16 confusing e-mails. One Call portal is a waste of time.

Initial response to my claim was hopeless. I was told to expect a response within 48 hours ten days later and absolutely nothing. I then called again and was answered by lV5 who was very helpful.Much more helpful than I have experienced in the past from this company.hopefully things will progress better than previously.
