Shannon was very professional & kept asking how I was, which is a big help when you been through a car crash. She was very patient with me as I am registered disabled driver, she kept everything simple for me to understand. Matt was very easy to talk to. It’s quite a stressful, difficult time and he made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable of the process. He gave me all the information I needed and I came away from the call understanding what happens next.

Didn’t reassure me that my ‘notification’ was accepted, rather than a claim (as I was not at fault - hit by an inured driver who accepted liability) and passed me on to another dependent unnecessarily (they didn’t know why I was passed to them). Poor service. HB1

This is the kind of person who keeps the country going SF5 !!! I think he deserves a raise SF5…. Handled my claim with a friendly professional attitude and although an unusual situation we managed to navigate through. Great employee, great reason to be a return customer 10/10

Really frustrating experience. Cut off after 45 minutes on the first call. Second call supposedly being put through to one call to arrange courtesy car only to find we were back in the same queue for claim handlers. Third conversation couldn’t open the claim form because no managers around to authorise. Onus is back on us to call again on Monday. Maybe it is just me but I expected better
