This is feedback on the system not the person I spoke to. I think the system is flawed as its heavily dependent on inflexible scripts staff have to follow without having option to skip questions if they are not relevant.... it has also been shown to me to be inefficient as assumptions are made I.e lost key means new locks and keys. This is based on the belief the lost key had a physical blade (it did not) in addition the process or handover (based on info provided) is poor as the service provider dealing with claim had to callme toaskabout what the car was in for ..... that's not good. I have helped them I hope avoid both unnecessary cost and time which would have been prevented if there was greater flexibility and a better process

I had to go through the same thing 3 times with three different people and one automated question. The customer service person was absolutely first class person. Polite, efficient and competent.

JW1 tried hard to get my issue sorted out and is a credit to the business, it's just a shame that one call Claims are not so helpful, but put barriers in the way, if you have the legal address on PLEASE read what is covered and what isn't covered, even though it says you may be covered for a certain legal motoring issue it appears you May NOT be covered, poor service so far from the Claims dept.
