I've just had someone crash into me, I've never been in a accident or had to make a claim and the person who dealt with me was very helpful and explained anything I wasn't sure about.

Quite a long process but all explanations were clear and concise. Very helpful and all well explained. RT4 did a good job but service was a little hampered by a poor telephone system. Often difficult to hear what was being said.
