The insurance claim was straight forward from calling the agent, the insurance broker, the car hire company and receiving my very reasonable settlement. I was issued with a hire car for upto 28 days, while my insurance claim was handled. I am annoyed and confused as to why they issue with a car in that time, they take it back as soon as your claim is settled. I had to wait for the insurance money to buy a new car, which I used for 3 days after, the hire company took £ 160 from my debit card, One Call Claims wouldn't pay it. I am furious about this and because of this, I can't give them 5☆

There have been crossovers in communication concerning my car, and TG2 was very helpful and explained the current situation with my car.

Very good service provided by BS1 today in my telephone conversation regarding a claim that I was initiating. BS1 explained how the system worked and the next step that I needed to take. This was particularly helpful as I have not made an insurance claim in my 50 years of driving.

I found navigating around the site difficult but once I got to live chat with operator MP4 NY problems were solved. He knew what he was doing and had my problems sorted in a few minutes. Well done MP4!!

How many organisations do you need to deal with an accident claim? I was inundated with calls and texts from multiple organisations requesting information....I am far from impressed. Car was repaired quickly but you had very little to do with that and showed no interest and now you asking for a review? The only single person who was helpful was the chap I spoke to when I first reported the accident.

The lady I spoke to few minutes ago was lovely. She was very efficient and polite. I am sorry I forgot her name. My experience since Tuesday has been very positive as you have done everything possible to speed up the process. I also have always had very helpful and polite response from all the staff I have spoken to. Thank you one call. This is my sixth year with you.

Fantastic service! Once I called and reported my accident, the staff couldn't have been more helpful! The courtesy car was sorted and my car was booked in within a couple of hours! Even arranging for delivery of my repaired car and pick up of the hire car was easy! Thank you!
