I have just spent over one hour on the phone trying to get some information on my car. The 2 people I spoke with were polite and helpful to the best of their abilities.Unfortnatley, this issue has been ongoing since the claim was raised on 8/7/25 and at present we are without a car. The online portal has contained no information since the 8/7/25 and seems to be completely pointless. It seems extremely difficult to get an actual update on what is happening and to speak to someone who can help.

When I called, they said they didn't know the answer and I had to wait until morning, by which point it was too late. I was very disappointed with the service I received and shall not be renewing my car insurance with them again.

I called OCC today to check that I had completed all I needed to with the return of the Hire Car I had & to notify them that the Hire Car had now been collected. I had questions & concerns still r.e the collection of Hire charges from the third party insurers. Advisor CB3 was extremely clear & helpful with the answers & information he gave me.

My call handler, ref - CH3 - was considerate and competent. He took me through the series of questions in a Very appropriate manner. I would not expect less but he was relatable, consistent as well as being professional.
