I called up earlier since uploading images of vehicle damage. AC3 gave me details of the claim, and said I would receive a call once the vehicle is ready for collection. He also conformed that I would get a manual 5 door Courtesy Car whilst mine is being repaired. Thanks for a prrompt service so far.

My user name MH3 sorted about all my complaints to harded of her ability and esculating and taking ownership to the end i wanted to complain and she made give her only 5 star review she so good at her job she should show everyone how to major in customer services even if u in another department and how to deal with thing proffessionally so thanks to May user name MH3

Absolutely shocking service at a time when we are both already physically and mentally damaged following a major road traffic accident caused by a driver who smashed into the side of our car. The only agent that has been of any help at all is the last agent who I didn't get details of. When all of this over, I will be making an official complaint and I will be looking for another insurer when we get our next car. This whole claims process has been more stressful than the crash. Not impressed at all!

I seem to be quite a regular on the live chat, mainly because the OneCallClaims portal never provides any sort of update, and is next to useless once your photos and evidence have been uploaded. On this occasion it was MP4 Marc who fielded my queries around issue of my settlement payment and related matters. I found him most helpful, with detailed and pretty rapid responses. Well done Marc.

As soon as I uploaded the pictures of the damage to my van I was told to ring there office and a very helpful and knowledgable gentleman answered and sorted the rest of the claim, I just have to await the parts delivery and they will be back in touch, Great service from Charlie B3
