“Paid for next day delivery / rush shipping, it was a day later. More than 50% of the cartridges missing from order over two deliveries. Support don't understand what the problem is. Support have then continued to ignore us. Now moved to a different supplier.”

Although the order was dispatched on the day you made it there were two delivery attempts to the address you provided according to the couriers tracking page and now the order is being returned to us. Although this was dispatched by us on the day you made the order and going by the tracking the there was an an attempt made by the courier to deliver on the next day.
