“I am extremely frustrated at the lack of response to my problem, I have only rxed part of my order & I am still awaiting a response to my question as to when I will receive the balance of my order & the question as to why I was not informed that the part of the order missing was out of stock at the point of purchase giving me the option of seeking other companies that could provide me with the option of purchasing the missing items immediately & as a result I cannot at present use my printer as the printer will not allow this since one of the inks has run out.”

Hi Mr R I Paterson, Thank you for your review. Our sincere apologises that you have not received all of your order on time. We always look to make sure our stock listings on our website are accurate. Unfortunately due to multiple orders for the same cartridges arriving at around the same time as your order a few of the cartridges from your order became out of stock just as the order was made. Although rare, if this does happen an email is automatically sent straight away to inform our customers of this and where possible an ETA for when the cartridges will be back in stock. Most of our stock is replenished within days of an item going into out of stock status and we then always expedite delivery of those out of stock items in order for them to be delivered as quickly as possible and in majority of cases within the delivery timescale originally provided. Our team have been chasing the ETA for your order with our supplier and warehouse team and have replied to your email with the ETA for delivery of the outstanding remaining cartridges and these will be with you in the next few days. Hi, I'm a little confused by this review, but would like to get the situation resolved to your satisfaction. I can see that you made an order online in January for ink that was not suitable for your MG2550 printer, returned it and were credited for the full order value. A new order was made over the phone using the return credit, and the agent who helped you with this definitely selected ink that matches up with your printer. We don't appear to have heard from you since the replacement cartridges were delivered last week. If there is any issue with the new order, please get in touch and tell us what went wrong so that we can fix it. The information that I have available indicates that the initial problem was resolved, but if that's not the case I'd like to rectify the situation. Regards John

“I have used Printerinks several times, mainly for purchase of ink cartridges. Previously the service and speed of delivery has been good. However my last order a week or so ago, has been disappointly executed. The ink cartridges ordered did not arrive with their usual speed of delivery and I had to make more than 1 phone call to see what the delay was. Eventually they arrived. The other part of my order was for paper, is still unavailable and I was forced to ask for cancellation of that part of the order and I'm awaiting a refund. I will be dubious about making further orders, as speed of delivery is important.”

As with your previous orders with us we do always look to have orders dispatched in full and delivered within a few days of an order being made.
