“No way of contacting Printerinks to ask why the black ink cartridge received a few days ago is incompatible with our Canon printer. A colour & black cartridge was ordered - but the black one is useless. Printerinks telephone number is not recognised.”

Hi Peter, Thank you for your review. We are so sorry to hear that you had an issue with your black cartridge from your order and could not seem to get through to us on the telephone and apologise for this. Our telephone number 020 8181 4010 is active Monday to Friday 9 am to 7pm. We can also be contacted on our chat service that can be accessed on our webpage as well as emailing us. Although a very rare event, cartridge issues can be resolved by some very quick, easy to use trouble shooting which our expert technical team will be happy to provide and assist you in resolving an issue. Our customers also have the comfort of knowing that they are covered by our years warranty on our ink and toner cartridges, so if we cannot fix the issue we will send a replacement straight away. We have sent you an email requesting some information, if you would like to reply to the email we will have your printer up and running for you. Kind Regards John

It is very rare for toner cartridges to have an issue and usually this can be fixed by some simple trouble shooting which we will be happy to assist you with. We have sent an email to you requesting some further information, so we can isolate the issue and provide you with the easy to do trouble shooting to resolve this for you and our team will be happy to assist you with this.
