“The cartridge arrived fairly quickly but unfortunately my printer will not accept it. My IT consultant, who I asked to check the connection for me said that the printer said print head should be inserted, though I had bought a cartridge with a print head. The number on the cartridge was the same as I had before.”

Hi Wendy, Thank you kindly for your review. We are so sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the cartridge in your order and apologise that this has happened. It is very rare for cartridges to fail and usually cartridge issues are easily resolved with some simple trouble shooting which are uncomplicated and take a few minutes to do. We have sent an email to your email address requesting some further information so we can assist you in getting the cartridge working. As your cartridge is under our years warranty, we will send a replacement cartridge straight away for you if in the rare event that the trouble shooting does not work. Kind Regards John

“AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! THIS COMPANY SELLS INCOMPATIBLE TONER CARTRIDGES BASED ON THEIR WEBSITE SUGGESTIONS THEN TRY TO AVOID REFUNDING YOU BY EMAILING CONSTANTLY FOR PICS/INFO ETC ETC. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Despite contacting several times by phone, live chats, emails, promise was made by your agent Karim to replace a faulty cartridge since 16th August and you are ignoring my phone calls, live chats and emails sent to you. This is so disappointing and what kind of customer service you are providing. I will wait for a couple more days to receive the cartridge and if I did not receive it by Monday. I will contact my credit card company, Financial Ombudsman Services and The Resolver to help us sort this problem. These cartridges are expensive, we are retired people and cannot afford to lose our money. I have kept a copy of our chats and email confirmation from Karim promising to replace the cartridge which I can send to these companies. I would appreciate your help. Thanks Gulshan Munshi Reply”

“I won't be ordering from them again! Ordered inks from the website which said they were in stock. I received half the order with a dispatch note saying the remainder would follow, but it didn't. I chased printerinks and they said they come from a 3rd party!! and they would look into it. I had to chase several times and was always promised someone would get back to me, they never ever did. I requested a refund but got no response so I have just chased again, and now told I have to wait for the money until they confirm with the 3rd party that the order is canceled. Blown away by how awful this company has dealt with this.”

“After asking Amazon to check when my order would be delivered I was pleased to receive an e-mail from Printerinks and the inks were delivered next day. Only trouble was the order was a mish-mash of different cassettes but not HP. My printer let me know that any copies would be inferior to the genuine ones. Very disappointed. I won't be using this company again!!!!”

“John was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I expected from the company. I have used their inks for some years now and have always been satisfied with the quality. My printing is not as good as it used to be however, but that is probably more the fault of my aging printer.”

“Prompt answer to my query. Always received excellent products worthy for the price. Unfortunately because of brexit I have to pay import tax apart from vat in UK and in my country (triple tax ! )thus product became more expensive .”
