“I had some correspondance with John at Printerinks over a cartridge I had ordered and was the wrong one and was returned. Due to my go into hospital I couldn't deal with the matter until much later and it was rather complicated to me. John always replied to my e-mails and eventually my refund was made. John is very good at sorting out a muddle and an asset to Printerinks.”

“Stefan gave excellent service and advice which I found very helpful, he was also excellent in resolving my problem with delivery. “John thought about my problem and when he understood what I had been trying to tell him, he told me how to fix it. I was really pleased to find that the 'compatible' ink cartridges did actually fit into my printer.”

“I bought three black tonnes over a year ago but had some in stock so used them first. When I tried them few days ago, they did not work as the printer did not recognise them. Well, it was disappointment and I thought I lost the money. I called the customer services who advised to do some resetting trick. I knew it wouldn't work because I did it three times a day before. So had to call back. Summa summarum, my three replacement cartridges arrived the next day. They do work, so all good, no complaints.”

“I've used Printerinks for a number of years and they have always been spot on as to value for money and delivery. A rare recent problem was promptly handled by Stefan who displayed courtesey, knowledge and efficiency. Job done. What more do you need?”

“Turns out that printerinks compatible canon cartridges don’t all work with my new Canon printer. They have helped to get them to work and sent replacement cartridges, only partly successful. Now are taking back my order to change to Canon’s own cartridges. Great customer service Service by Cosmin Cristurean. Printer ink cartridges worked well on my previous Canon printer, always a great price.”

“I was very impressed by the prompt way Marius handled my ink cartridge problem. Verbal instructions were quickly supported with an easy to follow email. Although this only partially resolved my issue, he then very quickly arranged for a replacement cartridge to be sent. My initial order was for 2 and his instructions fixed 1. I am very happy with the customer service and because of the efficient way Marius handled the issue i will continue to use Printerinks.”

“I was notified about a glitch with Black Friday, but when I queried my order, John was able to put my mind at rest with an immediate positive reply. Have had good service with delivery even though I live in France”
