“Ordered inks for a no longer supported printer. Perfectly priced, delivered in 2-3 days as stated and worked perfectly. Would definitely order again. Satisfied purchaser. Somerset.”

“Simple efficiency. I could locate the ink cartridge I needed; it came almost by return. I had a query on the labelling and sent an email on a Friday afternoon. On Monday morning I received an email back which solved my problem. What more can you want from a supplier? I was completely satisfied with the service.”

“I had a problem with a cartridge, A replacement was sent by courier and arrived early the next day. Problems happen, but how a company reacts is the most important thing. First class service and I will continue to use the company.”

“Feedback and help, when it eventually came, was great and problem was solved. I have taken a star off because for some reason, I could not log in as I had forgotten my password. The simple get an email and reset password never cam. Then they all came together.”

“I had a problem with a cartridge which they were very helpful in trying to suggest various solutions. After trying their suggestions but not fixing the problem they sent me a replacement cartridge...job done. Thanks Marius at Printerinks.”

“I have used Printerinks as my ink cartridge suppliers for many years. They are very fast, very well priced and totally reliable. Recently I have dealt with 'John' concerning a new printer I have bought which requires different cartridges from my old one. I had immediate help from John, taking back my unused items that were standing by to be used in the older printer and which were unsuitable for the new one. I'm sure I'll be using the credit note he is giving me very shortly. On my recommendation both my kids use Printerinks for their printers and they too have only good reports of the firm and its service, staff and products. Highly recommended. Thanks John.
