“I have found the ink cartridges from Printer Inks to be the best value for the money. In addition their customer service tech was able to very quickly solve a small problem I was having with ink flow. He sent me an e-mail direction that I followed and the solution was at hand. The delivery schedule was very prompt.”

“Had a problem with a defective printer ink. Had a swift reply from Diana when I raised the issue. Although the suggested solution did not work, she then equally quickly sent me replacement ink FOC. Great communication and customer service. Thank you.”

“A colour cartridge recently bought had a slight defect, it would not print red. Printerinks emailed with suggestions on how to solve the problem, but this did not work so they promptly replaced the cartridge to my complete satisfaction.”
