“I have not received the parcel. I was notified that there was a delay. There has been no attempt to deliver. I have now had notification that the parcel is on its way back to you. I accept this is down to the courier Evri. But you choose to use Evri therefore you get the poor score.”

“Ordered a set of cartridges on 16/10 - paying 4.99 extra for rapid delivery. They arrived a week later. Hard to give anything other than one star in the cicumstances. Nothing wrong with the (generic) cartridges - they fit my Brother printer and seem to work OK”

“Ordered 4 canon cartridges. 2 came within 48 hours. 7 days later no sign of the other two. I have telephoned customer care department. They were no help. Gave me no indication as to when the remaining two would arrive. The most annoying thing is that when I ordered there was no mention that they were out of stock of certain items.”
