“I am not happy at the moment. I received a faulty cartridge which I accept can happen. You promised to send a replacement which you have not done. I have phoned and been promised a call back which never happened. I am still waiting for a cartridge so receiving an email asking me to review it is not helpful. I don't know where in the world your call centre is, but they are letting down your company. I have had good service from you for a long time so am very disappointed to be treated like this.”

“Your website shows the original packaging for inks. I did not relise they were not the original. Also, Evri are not very efficient. I did not request next day delivery but was asked to pay for another delivery as I was not in the next day when they tried to deliver? They delivered at 21.30 the next day”

Hi Jean I'm sorry that your experience did not live up to your expectations. However, the compatible cartridges you ordered are pictured without branding or packaging. We do also sell the original HP versions, which are shown with HP packaging, but these are rather more expensive and are not the items you ordered and paid for. If you would prefer to get the original HP cartridges, we can arrange for the compatibles to be returned, just let us know (contactus@printerinks.com or call 020 8181 4010). IMPORTANT: Evri did not request an additional payment - this is a well-known scam designed to take advantage of people expecting a package from them. It's usually a text message, and typically asks for delivery address confirmation as well, so the scammers also get a good chance of getting a billing address to go along with the card details. If you have made any payment for this, you should consider the card to be compromised and contact your card issuer immediately. I am arranging for this response to be emailed to you in case you do not see the information online. “Helpful staff and good products. I bought Canon Pixma MG3050 compatible black and colour cartridges. Printerinks have always served me well. My only complaint is that the 3 for 2 offer is not available on these cartridges.”
