“I ordered 3 packs of Brother compatable XL sets, geat price with the 3 for 2 offer. Whilst what i have received is equivalent I have been sent 3 individual black and 3 individual Magenta cartridges in one pack and the following day individual cyan and, with a different brand, yellow cartridges. I am not entirely happy with this, I have no experience of the 'yellow' cartridge manufacturer. I would have preferred to be notified and given a choice, i would have waited until the sets of cartridges supplied in Printerinks packaging were available.”

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you experienced this issue. We discovered recently that certain types of emails were causing an email client shutdown for about 10% of the people who were using an older version of the Outlook app. Current versions of the app were unaffected, as was the browser version and all other email clients, so due to the small number of people affected it took us a short while to obtain enough feedback to establish the cause. This has now been fixed, so all emails can be read in all versions of all email clients. “Beware ordering from Printerinks by phone - incorrect cartridges were sent to me (I made it v clear what type/size I needed) and although this was a mistake by Printerinks and not by me they will not let me have refund. A costly waste of my time and money.”
