“Your items are good but , delivery is letdown badly by Royal Nail ! Which spoils YOUR reputation ! They are at your front door and just throw the package over my side door ( which I rarely use ! ( and leave NO note that a parcel has been left !! It is no use stating @ look at your mobile “ some people are not Tech Savvvy or - like me , having important things to do for 3 days - as my wife was in hospital ! JUSt Leave A Note !!”

“It took 10 days and any amount of phone calls and emails before it was dealt with even giving you all a deadline to sent out the items before I passed the case to the ombudsman for them to look into it. The other thing was that we could get two free items one with each order that wasn’t honored as well.”

“Never had a problem with Printerinks, seem to be competively priced and quick delivery. However I didn't receive my chosen free gift which the website said I was entitled too so not impressed with that.”
