“I found ordering online impossible as I could not find my old Epson printer among the choices. However I phoned and got a very helpful young lady on the line who sorted out my problem and dispatched the inks which arrived very promptly and were all correct. Thank you.”

“I ordered a replacement toner cartridge which was. to be fair, delivered quickly. BUT the cartridge did not work in my printer so I telephoned customer service. I was told a trouble shooting guide would be emailed to me. This took many hours to arrive and did not solve the proble. This problem has not yet yet been resolved. I have spoken to numerouse "customer service advisors" to no avail. I am sick and tired of the disgraceful service that I have received from the company..”

“Printerinks use artificially inflated prices on their ink cartridges which are then offered at a 'discount' price. This ploy is dishonest.”

“The prices are quite reasonable for compatible/non-OEM inks and I have been a returning customer for several years. I have not had any problems with leakage etc. as with other compatibles and the reproduction of colours is more than I expected.”
