“I ordered some ink on 22 November . Your acceptence of my order included the information that delivery would be between 2-3 days. I have only just received the goods this morning 02 December. This represents 10 DAYS. I suggest in future you do not use EVRI. The inks are fine DELIVERY UNACCEPTABLE”

“Re-manufactured cartridges always work well. However, in the past they were delivered by Royal Mail. Now they are delivered by courier, which means an additional unnecessary vehicle journey by the courier, when the postman is delivering here anyway. This is not a very environmentally sound practice and I hope that Printerinks will revert to deliveries by Royal Mail.”
