“Ordered ink cartridges on Black Friday afternoon, sale day. Received immediate confirmation of order by e-mail, and followed up with notifications of processing, despatch and courier advice. Then Sunday morning received e-mail saying courier, Evri had received package, and the actual delivery was carried out Sunday afternoon just after 3. Excellent service, thanks.”

“Getting my ink under way, perfect. What I was not aware of was the EVRi. On two occasions I was let down. The first time, message my inks were out for delivery, Saturday, no delivery, people in the house all day. Sorry from EVRi, hope to get it delivered Monday. Usual message on Monday, parcel out for delivery, usual result, not delivered. At the same time I made my order to you, l ordered ink from hp. No false promises as to when it was going to be delivered, it arrived today at 12, Royal Mail. I look forward to using your inks. I am aware it is not your fault. Kindest, Mike”
