“I was able to speak to Albert on the phone very quickly, he explained that my recently purchased cartridges, which my printer didn't recognise owing to a software issue, could be returned free and passed to the warehouse for a future refund, which I had not expected. He was courteous and helpful.”

“Bought 2 black cartridges and one tri colour and 1 black cartridge does not work when doing painting test page the colour only shows. Changed cartridge from which it now works. I think one is faulty.”

“Service good, until it came to local delivery . 1st note Friday 1730 to 1900. No delivery apologies from carrier . Promised 1700 to 1900. Arrived 1802. Suggest you get a new local service.”

“Bought two inks to get third free but not so just got two inks. Not sure what has gone wrong. I have asked the question but as yet no reply to my e Mail. Find this very poor performance for this size of company.”
