“I ordered remanufactured Canon ink cartridges in April, they were promptly delivered. I don't do much printing so it was September before I installed them. They have proved to be first class. The black is crisp and the colour faithfull. No hesitation in recommending them.”

“Arrived earlier than stated. Grandson nearly put it in the bin but once I showed him the ink box he was happy. Was well packed.”

“Very prompt and efficient service but sorry I can not get makers high quality cassettes any more. I have not used the substitute ink in photos long enough to verify its colour fastness as I could with Epson’s own.”

“I though they were HP but they were copies. My HP Printer kept giving me an error message and would not accept them at first, but one of the black cartriges allowed me to use it eventually. Stressfull experience as I bought them for a particular job. I will update this review as I proceed using the 3 cartridges. Sue”

“It would have been a help if I was told the inks were out of stock when I made the order. Once they were posted to me ( after 10 days ) they arrived the next day.”

“Usually, a great service but after six days I've still to recieve my ink. If I'd known you were using Evri I would not have ordered it. They are without doubt the worst delivery service I've come across. Other companys that use royal mail get it delivered without any problems”

“I have purchased printerink cartridges satisfactorily for many years but none of the the latest order (HP973XLs) magenta cartridges work.I tried two - same problem with both. I had a similar problem with some earlier ones. I still also have 2 unopened packs. They each generate an error message telling me to refit them! It doesn't work! I tried a spare Cartridge People magenta cartidge - works perfectly. Also your emails to me cause Outlook to crash!!!! I tried using your chatbot - USELESS!!! It is only programmed to deal with standard queries. Refund me please.”
