“I decided to buy an engagement ring from Quality Diamonds after a little research online and I was not disappointed. After choosing a stone and setting on the website (which is very quick and easy to use) I popped in to see Eric at the Hatton Garden office who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was able to see the stone and once I had decided to purchase the ring the turn around was very quick - the ring was ready for me to collect from the office within a few days and I am very happy with it.”

“I got a professional service from Quality Diamonds. Staff was very friendly. Their web site allows you to easily pick the right product. If you don't know how to select best product, there are very informative guides in their web site which helped me a lot. Finished product was best product I saw ever. If I need another jewellery in the future, I'll definitely use their service again and I suggest their service to everyone.”

“From start to finish it was a really good experience. Found what I was looking for on the website but I wanted it pretty quickly because I was proposing within 10 days, so I contacted them via email and got a response immediately. Was assured they would not let me down and I would have the ring in time. And they didn't disappoint. Really good communication and most importantly, my new fiancée loves the ring!”

“From start to finish the ordering process was easy. I wanted a specific matching pair of diamonds in a platinum setting. Being able to choose the characteristics online was perfect to get the 4C's balance with the right price point. Linn was very helpful and answered all my questions comprehensively and gave me confidence that my order was in good hands. My order was ready on time (1 week) and the pickup from Hatton Garden was quick and easy. Couldn't recommend highly enough, certainly beats high street for service, quality and price.”

“A truly superb service with superb pricing and sparkling customer service. We Can't recommend highly enough. “buying an engagement ring on-line would undoubtedly raise a few concerns (including myself), but I should not have worried. The ring they provided exceeded our expectations in every way. “I was in need of a very specific shape and weight Marquise Diamond to fit in an existing setting. San and Linn took the time to locate several stones that met the size requirements and my budget for me to chose from to find the perfect match to my expectations. They located the perfect stone within their database and had it delivered from India within days for me to view. San then had it mounted in my existing setting within a day! It was sized and polished as well. The ring looks absolutely stunning and I am extremely pleased with the entire experience! I have recommended the team to everyone who comments on my ring and shared my delight with the entire experience. The only thing with more fire and brilliance than my new Internally Flawless diamond is San at Quality Diamonds! I won't ever buy another diamond from any other company again!”

“QD is the best value UK diamond jewellery company. Having chosen my diamond and setting online I then arranged a meeting with Tobias at HG office. I had emailed a selection of stones to view in advance, but as the stones are sourced from various oversea suppliers, I was shown a similar selection of stones at my meeting. Tobias was generous with his time and explanations and at no point felt pushed or rushed to make a decision. Having chosen the stone and setting, I picked a beautiful engagement ring 2 weeks later. Paul allowed me to view the laser inscribed ID number on the diamond using their 20x magnification lens, matching the GIA certificate of authenticity. This was a nice touch and reassured me of the authenticity of the stone! Brilliant, laid back professional company. I could not recommend them highly enough!”
