Zuzanna was amazing with Lochie, very clear and very empathic. She dealt with both him and his mum (me) extremely well, asnwering any questions and concerns we had. Lochie would like to add that she was very understanding and offered great ways which could help him. Thank you

We saw Atholl for our first appointment in my daughter’s ADHD assessment process. What a lovely person he is and clearly very talented. He put us both at ease and got to know us remarkably well over an hour or so. His insights and questions were very perceptive, helpful and made me feel understood. I’m sure he can help us a lot. I would highly recommend him and this professional organisation as a whole.

So far the whole experience has been organised, professional and supportive for both myself (parent) and my son. Rachel has been great and really taken the time to explain everything ensuring that my son feels heard and understood. We are now looking forward to the next step of our journey with Rainbow medical

Dr Villanova has been fantastic. He listens to my concerns and helps us make the best steps for my treatment. I never feel rushed and he makes me feel at ease during our sessions.

After several years of problems with our son not wanting to attend school, things got worse around 7 months ago. He started feeling constant nauseous before school at school and then this then extended to playing football and going out to family outings he stopped travelling in the car and stopped seeing his friend, just ended up in his room gaming. After numerous referrals by the school and no counselling available , constant school meetings it took its toll on our family. We looked into private assessments for him due to the lengthy NHS waiting lists and we found Rainbow Health and thank goodness we did. This company has been amazing we are 2 months in and they have been supporting us every step of the way. Rachel helped Lewis through the assessment stages and then the team sprang into action at the 11th hour when we couldn’t get him in the car to meet Dr Villanova , the whole team Pav, Rachel,Andrew all helped to get a video link sorted. Dr Villanova is a lovely caring understanding gentleman and quickly diagnosed him with panic attacks agoraphobia and kindly help with medication. 3 weeks in and he has done amazing he has finally started to leave the house. We have a long way to go he will also need medication for ADHD but the pressure has finally been lifted of the overwhelming feeling as parents to help your child and getting no where. Rainbow 🌈 Medical are now with us on this journey and it’s been amazing to start to see the results. Sorry for the long review but I am sure some other parents out there will relate to our story.

I would just like to thank the amazing team of professionals at Rainbow Medical. We have recently had Sabrina visit our home for a first CBT session with our 15 year old son whom at the moment has had difficulty going out of the house, not attending school and stopped taking part in football and other social events. He initially was very defiant that he was not going to talk or engage in any conversation with Sabrina but slowly her first meeting with him ended up with her sat on our stairs with a coffee very relaxed just chating with him. We have a further visit booked and together with some medication he has been prescribed, 3 weeks in he has started to go out and engage with friends. We look forward to seeing you soon Sabrina to continue working with Lewis and supporting us as a family.

Great experience as a parent of a neurodiverse teenager. Very well organized, very professional staff, top support, hands-on caring team. You feel wellcome, safe and well supported from the very beginning. Best clincial approach and extremely efficient management. Highly recommended!

Really happy with the service I've received from Rainbow, prompt efficient communication. Dr Vilanova was pleasant and approachable. After being under the CAMHS service for 3.5 years, we'd literally come to the end of our tether. My poor daughter has been struggling so much, I wish I'd done this sooner. Would highly recommend.

I was a pleasure to meet Dr Vilanova, we were visiting to look at alternatives for the support of our daughter into adult MH care. He seems to have a pragmatic and reasonable approach and uses great reasoning. My daughter enjoyed the session and believes that she'll be happy to have Dr Vilanova working with her and her therapist going foward. I'm very happy with the outcome.
