“Our initial enquiry was quite late at night, but was surprised to be answered by a lovely lady called Pav, very prompt and went through the process and answered all questions asked. From there the process has been excellent, the staff have been communicating well with myself and were brilliant with my son. Grace was very professional and made us feel at ease with the process of getting a diagnosis for our son and was brilliant with him when he came along to the appointments. Pav kept in contact with my self to arrange the next steps and all emails were responded to promptly. Dr Vilanova was very welcoming and listened to everything we had to say, answered all questions asked and he explained everything in much detail. Thankyou for a very pleasant experience and helping my son and giving him a diagnosis so we can finally provide him with the help and support he needs!”

“We were very impressed with the speed in which arrangements were agreed for Robert and parents to be able to see Dr Vilanova.We were most impressed and relieved by his perceptive approach when our son was nervous and uncommunicative . We felt that we had approached someone who would have the expertise to help Robert move forward.Robert was reassured by Dr Vilanovo and we are sure he will be more relaxed when arrangements are settled for the new year..”

“Dr V. - Very helpful and thorough. Actually helps me to understand my diagnosis and how to deal with it. Can tell he is a fountain of knowledge and doesn’t just send me off with paperwork to read. An interesting person with a lot of experience which makes you feel in good hands. Feel like I am talking to a real professional instead of someone reading from a script. An Angel in the darkest of times. Andrew- Extremely polite and helpful, has gone above and beyond to get me appointments. Really is a brilliant person to speak to and absolutely has the care of the customer as a priority.”

Thank you for your detailed and considered feedback. As clinicians we can sometime come across as 'stuffy' and 'procedure' led; there is good reason for this sometimes. I have worked hard to maintain the balance you discuss in your feedback. It is possible for Doctors to be both personable and professional, and I'm glad you perceived that when we worked together. I will pass your feedback onto Andrew; he is keen to hear all feedback (good and bad) because it enables us to improve a patient's experience of our service.
