The service at Rainbow Medical was very good. Dr Joseph was really nice and put my daughter at ease, as she can be uncomfortable around unfamiliar people and places. I would highly recommend.

What can I say but literally a practice in “shining armour”. Dr Vilanova was highly recommended via brilliant Dr Penny Campling. The experience for us as a family has been phenomenal from start to ongoing. The attention to detail, fabulous staff, the incredible knowledge and expertise and of course the kind and caring nature. Dr Vilanova is an amazing friendly and wonderful individual who makes you feel at ease and communicates at your level without the jargon. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ☺️

Dr Vilanova talked through my diagnosis very thoroughly very carefully and very sympathetically. He gave me options for the way forward. We are all very grateful for the insight he showed and for his expertise and skill. Thank you Dr Vilanova for what you have done for me in so short a time.

I was put at ease by Dr Vilanova during the hour assessment He explained everything well and was very kind and patient with me I was anxious when I got there but I need not have worried

We had a long afternoon responding to a series of questions linked to our son's assessment. Dr Vilanova and Dylan Bowness were patient and understanding which made the exercise less onerous and more relaxed. Thank you both for what you are doing on Robert's behalf.

Landon was nervous and worried with meting someone new but she took to Serbrina. She was kind, sensitive, and caring towards Landon.

I am very happy with the service received from Rainbow Medical. From the first Phone call, to the pre assessment with Chloe, to the final assessment with Dr Josep, we felt understood, listened to and valued. What could have been a potentially difficult and negative time, was made easier by thoughtful language and clear explanations used. Many thanks for all your help and understandings

I had my adhd diva assesment with grace which she made me feel really comfortable, it helped that it was split up instead of doing a whole 2 hours. I then saw Dr Josep Vilanova who diagnosed me with adhd, and ever since he has been great, he has a warm welcoming, explains anything you don’t understand and breaks things down too. During my titration appointment to adjust my dosage for medicine and speak about any other issues, he explains everything to me very well and I felt very comfortable. Overall I can’t say a bad thing.

Good afternoon, Vanisha Firstly, thank you for taking the time to give us this detailed feedback. It helps us enormously: we have made plenty of changes based on patient feedback. Your feedback really helps improve the experience for all our patients. All our team are enabled to be flexible to patient needs, so it is great to hear how Grace split up the DIVA assessment to better meet your needs; yes, the DIVA assessment is thorough and it does make sense to break this down. I will pass this feedback to Grace directly. Dr Vilanova likes to speak 'plain English' whenever he can. It is great to also hear that you found the titrations really useful and were able to benefit from them beyond just a medication review. Ethics are core to our work here at Rainbow Medical and we think that shows in our patient experience and our flexibility and our holistic approach.
