“My Fiancee and I were completely satisfied with the service that we received from the team at Ritani in their Whiteplains showroom. Maria and Juliet were super, super professional and supportive throughout the entire process of purchasing an engagement ring. I would strongly recommend this company. The people are very honest, responsive and certainly no hard sale pitch, which was highly unusual. We were not only happy with the service, but more importantly, the price is very reasonable (didn't have to break the bank (lol).”

“I ordered my ring and it is more than what I expected. The diamond is spectacular and amazing for the price I payed for and I couldn't have been happier in choosing this ring from Ritani. “This was my first experience buying a diamond, or any jewelry at all really. Ritani made it easy to customize what I was looking for and delivery/pickup went very smoothly. The local rep was helpful explaining to me what all the paperwork is that's included with the ring and what I needed it for. Thanks Ritani!”

“This experience was amazing. I love my new emerald cut diamond solitaire. It arrived in a timely fashion exactly as custom designed. Customer service and your system was very proactive in communication. I was not in a rush, but I received the ring in approximately 3 weeks which included design time and manufacturing. I will definitely be using Ritani again in the future.”
