“The representative Ryan K made my experience end up phenomenal. The diamond I selected originally ended up not being available and she was in communication with me for over two weeks until I was able to get the perfect diamond for our anniversary. It showed up EXACTLY on time and is beautiful. Exceptional service on her end to say the least.”

“I looked at over 20 businesses while trying to decide where to purchase from. Out of all of them, Ritani had the best prices by far. On the other sites, I was able to find 1 or 2 stones in my price range, but none that were what I wanted. On Ritani, I was able to find so many stones that fit my budget and what I wanted that I had a hard time deciding! The only issue I had with Ritani was that they didn’t have any settings that matched what I wanted for the price I wanted to pay. However, for the price I paid for my beautiful stone, I don’t even care! I will 100% purchase from Ritani again.”

“Had to call to return a diamond and purchase a new one with more specific measurement requirements requested by my Jewler as I am building a custom engagement ring for my wife and using multiple vendors. A lady named Sylvia helped me through the process and even helped me pick between the two diamonds. The experience was hassle free and amazing. Ritani will be my go to diamond vendor from here forward. Amazing customer service.”

“I’ve been fortunate to travel the world and buy diamonds at the most renowned suppliers and stores but my experience at Ritani with Ryan Kelsie was simply amazing.
