“The staff at Ritani made my ring buying experience so personal and customizable. They put up with me changing the design of my ring a few times and were courteous all the time. Whatever idea I had or questions I could think of were quickly implemented or answered. My ring is beyond what I imagined and my experience is beyond the 5 star rating.”

“The people I worked with to get the perfect ring for my fiancé were so helpful! I researched every detail of the diamond, even down to details local jewelers were rather confused by. At Ritani they listened and offered fair advice, even advising me to get a diamond that was slightly cheaper and an overall better value. When it came time to buy the ring and ship it they reached out to me through your the whole process (which is good considering the cost). Overall I was amazed at how easy it was to find the exact ring and band I wanted and I knew my fiancé would love. And love it she did. Five out of five stars for Ritani from me.”

“I've ordered different items and shoes online before, it was either too big - too small - the color was off. I was highly skeptical at first to look for my most prized online purchase ever and I scoured the different sites to find the best, Ritani stood out from the rest. The education of choosing a diamond was quite gratifying to me and the icing on the cake after all my research was a girlfriend that became my fiance and a 1.88 amazing carat that she cant seem to stop talking about. There were some hiccups, with my purchase I must admit.... But the customer service was amazing for that I give this company a 5 star rating. I am genuinely a hard person to deal with sometimes but the assurance I got from customer service quickly gave me ease. Thanks again Ritani and Sylvia and Lisbeth I appreciate you all.”

“Absolutely wonderful! The ring I picked out for my fiancé exceeded all expectations, the craftsmanship all the way to the engraving was perfect. But their customer service is unmatched, any time I needed help there was someone available to answer questions. The ring was also ready much sooner than we expected. I am incredibly happy with my decision to use Ritani.”
