“My husband and I wanted to upgrade my original engagement ring (Ritani, but purchased from a local jeweler). I found the same one directly from Ritani. It was so simple to purchase the diamond and setting from Ritani. I contacted Ritani support to make sure I was ordering the correct setting, they were friendly and quick to respond. It took 2 weeks to get my new ring, it is so beautiful! I couldn’t be happier!”

“After weeks of looking I’m blown away; the diamond looks 1000 times better in person. Even though the first choice was unavailable, Ritani made it right and helped compare the new one to make sure I was going to be satisfied with this choice. I can’t wait till I have it set.”

“My diamond was shipped to Malta in Europe, with no problem. Ritani packaged the diamond very well, and provided the necessary documentation for customs outside of the package. Inside the package you get the certificate and a valuation, which is helpful for insurance. The people at Ritani are super helpful, and will help you with any problems. This was definately the best place for me (as an european) to shop for diamond, much cheaper than over here (More than half the price for a similar diamond) and also the best price I could find in USA as well.”

“Class-act from start to finish! Ritani 100% recommendation to anybody and everyone! Silvia R. is irreplaceable! Professionalism, attention to detail, follow-up.... across the board awesome! *She assisted me from start-to-finish with my engagement ring... then 3 yrs later with matching wedding band. Oh, and I shopped local jewelry shops for identical stones “GIA #’s” and the exact same stones through Ritani were anywhere from 18% - 25% LESS... than the brick ‘n mortar vendors. Enough said.”

“I have a beautiful ring thanks to Ritani! Living in Canada, everything had to be done virtually. It's nerve wracking trying to pick a beautiful diamond sight unseen. My sales rep, Sylvia, was extremely helpful and I was able to whittle down my choice to a superb ideal cut lab diamond. The whole process was painless and seamless. I had my new ring on my finger in under two weeks start to finish. I can't recommend them enough.”

“Silvia R. helped me through this process. She was AWESOME ! ! ! She was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and pleasant. She delivered the customer service one hopes to get, but rarely does these days. If all your reps raise to her level, your company will be very successful in my humble opinion. I have taken the time to write this review solely because of her. I would ask that you give her some type of "pat on the back"...a raise or promotion...or perhaps an all expense paid vacation...or a copy of this review (as you see fit) As for my purchase...it was a solitaire diamond ring for my wife (our Anniversary was this week) She loved it ! “I was skeptical about buying a diamond sight unseen online. The pricing on the Ritani website was better than any other place for the same diamonds and this made me even more skeptical. I decided to give it a try and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the diamond is exceptional. The price phenomenal. The customer service I received was top notch also. I will be back and I'd highly recommend anyone shopping for a diamond, give this company a try. I certainly trust them now. They've proven themselves to me.”
