“The quality of the diamond earrings for the price was excellent. However, the free appraisal was disappointing. It was incorrect and according to the customer support autogenerated. When they attempted to correct it, they just removed the incorrect carat weight and explained that the quotes were autogenerated and not created by a gemologist as advertised. This is very misleading and disappointing. However, the earrings themselves did match as advertised.”

“some feedback i would give is the lack of communication between the facility that has my ring and myself. They have not reached out nor have they responded to my requests for scheduling a pick up. It makes me a bit nervous to the point of wanting to report fraud if they do not reach out soon. i understand the 1700 USD i paid probably isnt a big deal to the company but peace of mind goes a long way and ive been given none.”
