“The customer service and personal assistance was excellent. I have purchased 3 diamonds and one engagement ring from Ritani. Their diamond display technology is not the best compared to James Allen’s for example, however, they have a vast inventory of quality diamonds and their pricing is significantly more competitive. I had an issue with the ring I purchased. Their customer service was excellent in resolving the issue as well as their assistance in choosing a diamond.”

“It's a gorgeous diamond, basically D flawless, but I think I paid way too much. I got a .46ct stone for $250~ and I just found a .91ct of the same quality for $150. I could've spent $100 less and got a stone twice as big. I'm very unhappy.”
