“Didn’t like the material. Looked cheap. Diamond was practically yellow the diamonds on the ring weren’t of good quality. Was interested in purchasing a new ring and working with a designer. Received and sent a couple of emails with what my vision was but eventually stopped getting a response from the young lady. I should also mention that when I showed up to my “showing” appointment, they weren’t even expecting me. Didn’t have my ring there and had to wait longer then normal for them to find out where it could be. Went with blue Nile and superb service so far. Picking up my ring from them in about a week”

“Absolutely beautiful diamond for an amazing price! Optical precision and light performance was assessed with an Ideal-Scope and an ASET scope and it's a perfectly cut diamond! Ritani was very responsive and provided outstanding communication and customer service from the day that I placed the order to the day that it was delivered. I'm recommending Ritani to everyone!”

“Ritania came through on tight timelines for both our engagement ring and wedding ring. A+ service and a great product as well. I will be buying more from Ritani in the future. “The ring turned out beautiful, especially the lab diamond I selected. Delivery was almost 2 weeks longer than originally listed and communication about the delay was non-existent until I complained a week after it was supposed to be here.”

“My jeweller says it is a good price. Delivery was confusing though. Email from Ritani states FedEx but it was delivered by USPS. Email said expedited shipping and to expect it the next day but USPS took 5 days.”

“Did extensive research (checked 13 different diamond sites) before purchasing from Ritani and was shocked by their great prices. I bought a 1.19 carat diamond that was so low priced I expected an ugly stone to arrive and was again shocked at how gorgeous it was in real life. My friend loves it. Arrived the day after purchasing it, sent Free FedEx overnight. Was amazed by the entire shopping experience and was able to gift someone a larger than 1 carat real diamond for cheaper than a C&C Moissanite. Love the way their diamond search engine is set up.”

“Can't even begin to say how wonderful Juliet at Ritani was, she took such good care of us, making sure my setting was perfect as they didn't offer stock east to west solitaire settings. It is very scary to purchase high quality jewelry online and Ritani makes you feel very safe! Would recommend them to everyone! My wife is obsessed with her 30 year upgrade.”
