“The entire experience was phenomenal. Amanda was great in answering initial questions, sending us an invoice, and helping us order. Sylvia was great in answering questions once we ordered the ring, days later and helped get the ring shipped on time. We did return the ring due to the color not being what we were looking for. Nicole helped with the return process which was one of the easiest I've ever experienced. I can't be any happier with the experience so far. The ring is currently on it's way back to Ritani and I'm expecting and hopeful that the ease of doing business with Ritani continues.”

“It was not clear to me whether you owned or brokered my purchase until I found the same diamond on multiple websites, all at different prices. I think this should be disclosed. Also, using the same stock photograph for all your round diamonds is misleading. It should be disclosed that the photo is generic. Bottom line, honesty and full disclosure is important.”

We are actually the only company that offers this transparency. It is our goal to be transparent about our process. It is also very rare that any company owns all of its inventory. “Great! The product arrive as expected and I couldn’t be more pleased. It was such a great deal, that I was nervous waiting for it to actually arrive. The only recommendation I have is if they could an adopt some kind of tracker from purchase to shipment. Diamond pulled from vault or confirmed, now setting diamond, quality check, shipment etc. That would ease customers worries.”

“Picking out a ring could be stressful but customer service was so great to work with. Received my ring within a week and it was gorgeous. The only thing I would like to note is I had purchased a platinum ring and got 14kt. However I called Ritani and they immediately sent me a returned FedEx shipment and I was able to get it shipped back to them in no time. I’m hoping to get my ring back next week.”

“After searching both local and every corner of the internet, I ended up buying from Ritani. The reason is simple, jewelry is one of the easiest things to ship, and just like being able to find Michael Jordan cards on eBay lowered the market on those Ritani is the Michael Jordan of diamond finding sites! I didn’t just look around at local stores and go on the web, I challenged them to beat the price I got from Ritani and one by one they dropped out. This was even after me offering the local jeweler my family has gone to for years an extra $1000 above Ritani’s deal, as I saw his value in being local and he couldn’t come within $5000! Besides price, service is also very important. The customer service team all knew me by the time I purchased as I am careful, especially when paying over $25k for such an important person, my soon to be fiancé! The team went above and beyond shipping quickly and in beautiful packaging. Last and most important thing, which may be why you are reading my review... Did I get what I paid for?!?! Simply, Yes! I went to a local jeweler who authenticated the diamond and GIA certificate. Thanks Ritani for saving me over $10k on something that I know my future bride will look at her hand gleefully for the next 60 years! Do yourself a favor and buy from them!”

“Easy transaction with Ritani and a locally respected jeweler in the Chicago area. Local gemologist was complimentary of the stones, the attention to detail in setting of the stones and a young, female sales associate remarked the earrings were very brilliant with a lot of light and color coming out of the gems. All our friends remarked how nice they were and the bottom line is that my wife loves them! In fact, she added a piercing so she can wear them ALL the time. Nicely done, thanks and I will recommend Ritani to all our friends.”
