“It was my first experience with Ritani and unfortunately it was not a very pleasant one. I ordered an ear ring with lab grown diamonds displayed on the Ritani website. But later i got to know that these diamonds are not available anymore. Then I had to choose other diamonds. After that I still had to wait for 2 weeks to get my order shipped because the diamonds from the vendor were not received in time.”

COVID-19 is still a pressing issue in most countries. The delivery dates you see online are accurate, but on rare occasions, we may experience unusual delays for diamonds coming from overseas. Our team is working diligently & around the clock to rectify this situation. But unfortunately, more frequently than not now, due to lockdowns, diamonds become unavailable coming from overseas.

“Had a great experience with Ritani. To get jewelry at this price you run the risk of having the stones you choose be sold to someone else who is looking for a similar purchase. This happened to me twice and I was contacted by an engagement specialist who helped me by finding similar diamonds to the ones I chose and even price matched to the original ones AND applied their Black Friday pricing. I got the earrings a day later. This was AMAZING customer service. I will be coming back.”

“One word to describe ... excellent! My customer rep was awesome and was prompt in all communication. She was transparent about all the process and date. FedEx shipping was the only problem in my order but over for Ritani 10/10. My Ring came out beautifully. You guys have earned my trust. Thanks”

“Ritani is AMAZING! Two years ago, my now husband proposed to me with a 2.5 CTW Platinum Five Stone Radiant Cut Wedding Band from Ritani. It is stunning! I actually wear that as my engagement ring with bands on each side. (I work in the dental industry and wanted to be able to wear my rings without snagging gloves like a solitaire would.) This Christmas, my husband is spoiling me with a diamond pendant necklace. We wanted to pick the diamond ourselves and selected a 1.51 CT radiant cut, lab-born diamond. We ordered it on a Friday evening. That Monday, we got a message from Ritani stating that the outside vendor that held the stone we purchased had it out on memo, so it was not available. In the same message, they offered an alternative diamond of the same carat weight, but with superior clarity and color (G to F). AND, they offered the alternative for the SAME price we paid for the diamond that we initially ordered. I was in shock. Too good to be true? Nope, Ritani is just that awesome. We agreed to the alternative and they had it delivered that Wednesday. It is gorgeous!! It was an an incredible “deal” and Silvia with Ritani could not have been a better communicator! She was super informative when we were calling with questions about the initial loose diamond and very quick in corresponding about the alternative and order updates. We are 2 for 2 with great Ritani experiences!”

“Product was fair priced and high quality, but slightly dimmer than expected. Suprise diamonds were not near as visible as shown in the image. I’d still recommend ritani, but customers should also compare to JamesAllen”

“I loved my experience with Ritani. Sylvia was excellent, punctual with responses, and helped we when I had questions. Pricing was up front, I didn't feel like anything was being hidden from me and I value that in a company. I am more than happy with the custom engagement ring and I am sure my girlfriend will be too!”

“The entire experience was phenomenal. Amanda was great in answering initial questions, sending us an invoice, and helping us order. Sylvia was great in answering questions once we ordered the ring, days later and helped get the ring shipped on time. We did return the ring due to the color not being what we were looking for. Nicole helped with the return process which was one of the easiest I've ever experienced. I can't be any happier with the experience so far. The ring is currently on it's way back to Ritani and I'm expecting and hopeful that the ease of doing business with Ritani continues.”
