“I absolutely adore my diamond studs! The website was super easy to navigate and the filters allowed me to easily narrow down the diamond selection to what I was looking for! I wasn’t thrilled with the initial suggested paired diamond, but Sylvia worked with me via chat to choose a different diamond that matched perfectly. Unfortunately, after the purchase we discovered that my paired diamond was no longer available. Again, customer service was wonderful and we found an almost identical diamond to swap it with (and Ritani price matched with the original diamond). I loved that I was able to view magnified images and 360 views of the diamonds, so I knew exactly what I was getting (and they are GIA certified too!). If they don’t have an image available, they can normally get one quickly if you request it (something I’d always recommend doing when shopping for diamonds). The earrings were ready to ship within two weeks of ordering even with the last minute diamond swap! I got a custom pair of quality studs at an incredible price and could not be a happier customer. “After months and months of researching rings and not finding exactly what I wanted to get my Fiancee, I stumbled across Ritani. The ring looked gorgeous online, and the selection and buying process was a breeze. It arrived on time and when I opened the box I was more than happy. The ring is so beautiful and well made. Nothing is crooked, no burrs, the diamonds are all secure (no wonky prongs). My fiancee loves the ring and we have gotten many complements on it. I plan to have a custom wedding band made for it with Ritani due to being so happy with their work.”

“I did research my loose diamond purchase according to cut, clarity, and Color with very tight specifications. After finding the GIA graded diamond that fit my specific required specifications. I chose Ritani due to the fact that they sold the diamond to me $160.00 less than anybody listing the same diamond from the same cutter. I verified the GIA inscribed number which matched. They delivered on time as promised and did not pull that money until the item was shipped. They were also nice enough to have included a free appraisal. They did a wonderful transaction for me personally.”

“My last conversation could have been much better than what it was. My husband and I have spent $20,000 on a wedding ring and eternity band and would like look at a different setting for the ring. The ring and eternity band are of much higher quality than the setting. I would like to upgrade the setting. I was told it is after the 30 days and she would have to see and email me. Of course I would pay for higher quality diamond for the setting. Instead of stating policy, it would have been nice to be more caring and understanding.”

“This is the second time our family has purchased from Ritani and the service has been excellent. The site is easy to use but what I appreciated the most was the follow up email to ensure due diligence. Silvia R was so helpful when 1 of the 2 diamonds couldn’t be obtained quickly. She proposed options but in the end I got my original order. She was so professional and courteous. Ritani’s staff go the extra mile!”

“Here are the goods - 1. Price is competitive 2. Delivery was on time, as listed on the website. 3. Item was as expected and looked pretty nice. 4. They were able to review my choices with me on the phone. Gave me correct feedback and helped me make a choice. I felt the review was honest without pressure to purchase something. 5. No nonsense type purchase experience. Here are the NOT so goods - 1. Buying experience felt like buying from a wholesaler, but the prices are online retail prices. 2. Very little email communications, no thank you emails or calls. For buying something that pricy, I was hoping for a bit more handholding. They did not even email me when the jewelry was mailed out. 3. The shipping container was not good. The ring box came loose and was flopping around inside the box. Really did not help the unboxing experience.”
